Once active answer attachments it appears in the web version too. Also, once user attach an image create an extra button in web version “attachment”. And in app version small image. Is it possible that user can add image just like web version because for app it is more suitable.

Yes, it will work on both of them.
There are 2 things:
1 – Attachment, Himer Settings >> Comments & Answers >> Answers >> Attachment in the answer form >> ON.
2 – Featured image, Himer Settings >> Comments & Answers >> Answers >> Featured image in the answer form >> ON.

The option work for both of them, but we can hide it with CSS on the site to leave it work on the app.

You can customize it from the WordPress admin panel, we add the customization from the Theme Settings page.
Yes, you can publish it, we send you APK and AAB files for android and the IPA file for the IOS to upload them by yourself, we have also a paid service to upload them for you and get the approval on your developer accounts if you want.

My website is on a multisite environment (directory path/sub-sites, like mainsite.com/site1 – site 2 – site 3 and so one). Each subsite is for a different local language. And I use a plugin called WordPress Multilingual Multisite (https://codecanyon.net/item/wordpress-multilingual-multisite/25936482) to redirect users to local version of site. If I buy this app will it be able support it?

I don’t know this plugin, but you can use one of these plugins for the multi languages, wpml, translatepress, or polylang.
But these plugins work for the theme only, the app is not available for the multi languages feature.

About the theme, you can activate the license for a domain, if any subfolder or subdomain, you can use the same license, but for the apps, each install will need a new license.
