This script has been hell from the start. I bought yesterday & I suspect the devs purposefully block your installation domain URL after you make a bad comment. I will be reporting this as well to code-canyon as the script doesn’t work as intended. I cant even access the domain they have installed. Support is useless as they cant communicate in a manner to resolve the issue. Every time they have to remote in to my back-end to fix god knows what. I’m frustrated man!

They need to up their game making sure every script that is uploaded it working as its intended to and working smoothly before its up for sale. and they make ave to reveiw their support policy. Some developers are doing fantastic job others are just not doing the right thing.

1. How many times do I have to do a fresh install when youupdate your script??? 2. Please get it that, there is always errors after an update or something 3. Now how come that a script you have stalled and testing all of a sudden will be redirecting and asking for purchase code when you ave done all of that already.
each update brings new things either in the code or database tables, when it is uploaded it is described what was done, I think you should have a programming team who make the changes, but if the script has been modified by you or your team updating the files is not enough since they would not be compatible, if you need to update send a ticket and I will explain how to do it without losing data.
when it is installed it asks for a purchase code, if you make a change or try to change the license it asks for a code.
note: in the latest versions the license is verified every 12 months but if they change something that has to do with the license, or change the domain or install on another server, of course, it will ask for a license.
