Still The Same problem with people buying or upgrading subscription its not updating it and still saying on there dashboard expired subscription you say it was fix but its not and now my support has expired ffs was going to buy the mobile apps but i think i may just start again and stay away from codecanyon from now on
you have to ensure you have setup cron job properly ,without cron job upgrading will not work automatically.

auto charge is available with digital wallet addon. we have plan to make restriction of how many service seller can post with specific plan. currently it has limited only for order receiving,

this system is similar to credit system , we call it connect , by buy connect for a month or a year, those is deducted with every order received 2connect
Anyway we can have custom code, to make it use up connect credits when the service provider posts a service instead of when they confirm a job. It seems strange to have a monthly or yearly subscription model for credits that are only deducted when a service is sold. Maybe they won’t get any orders yet still buying more and more connect credit. Wouldn’t it be better if there was something more definitive such as the credits are used when they post a service. This way they can buy it when they actually need it. Not a monthly or yearly sub. Hope I am clear. Cheers

Can you please work on an option to let the subscribers set their payment gateway (Ex: Stripe, PayPal, or whatever ); we do not collect commission on subscription package, so we do not have to handle their money.
unfortunately there is no free trial option.

you have option in admin panel “general settings > payment gateway settings”
why we have to choose between commission and subscription? we are still looking forward you to Add in-plan commission rate feature (ex: plan 1: features 1+4+9, commission rate: x; plan2: features 3+1+8+9, commission rate: y;...); this may be helpful to set free plans with high commission, cheap plans with low commission, and expensive plans with no commission.

with this Addon, you can set your commission based on monthly, when you set commission system to subscription from admin pane, then all seller must have to purchase any of your subscription package otherwise their service will not show in frontend.
you have option in admin panel to set connect how much connect you will give to seller with the subscription package,
each order will deduct 2connect from seller connect.
NT: in our future update we will add option to set deduct connect from admin panel, also we will add option to set limitation of adding services by package
