Hi, after the update to te latest version I have a problem with chart view for 6 months and one year option which are not showin at all. All other options in that view (1D, 5D, 1M, 5Y) work good except these two (6M and 1Y). Any idea what is going wrong?

You can try searching stock symbol and name, symbol will give you more accurate results.

I hope my email finds you well. I am writing you regarding the plug in I have bouhgt for you. First of all the plug in is amazing however there is a little problem. Whenever I am accessing the website from my phone, the bar doesn t show all the logos and whenever I try to access the menu bar it doesn t work. Will you please look into it and sort it out because I don t want to try and do something that might make the plug in stop working. I suggest moving the menu bar up a little bit. For mobile devices, the ticker widget is designed to have one stock in a row, as you see the stocks you have selected have long names that wouldn’t fit in the mobile width so the text is not visible completely as well as the image.
You can fix this by adding a short display name for the stock in the settings under the Asset Settings page.

Plugin will automatically create the virtual page for each asset.
1. You need to add the asset to a widget and enable the option “Link to stock pages” from widget editor page.
2. Configure the virtual page options on Settings >> Asset Settings

Hi, I have set up the search function according to instructions. However, there is an issue. When I click a stock that I have searched, it leads to “page not found”. I noticed that “wp” is added to the URL, when I manually remove it, it fixes the issue. “Create virtual pages” is enabled.

Hi, I tried everything but it didn’t work. I figured out what is causing the problem. My “Wordpress address (URL)” and “site address (URL)” are different due to my website being installed in the WP folder. My website URL is “https://example.com”, but this plugin uses my Wordpress URL “https://example.com/wp” for links. The only thing I can do is migrate the website to my root folder.
The plugin used the default WordPress function “site_url()” to generate the virtual page link unless you have entered the full link as https://example.com/wp/currencies/[symbol] on the settings page.

I want to buy this and use it for currencies but it’s lacking features, please look at https://stockwidgets.blocksera.com/stocks/eurusd=x/ There should be five digits after decimal point (not only 2), you will also see Sector:Industry:Employees:Company, they should be removed from that widget and replaced with Opening Price, Volume, Day’s Range, something like this which is the standard for currencies https://www.tradingview.com/symbols/EURUSD/

We have replied to the support ticket, we have prioritized the short name instead of the long name cause the long name for some companies is really too big to show up in the widgets.
The plugin has the option to replace the symbol and name on the settings page, you can use that to change it.
