Ask for refund, hi i just buying your software but unfortunately it useless for me as i use the own google feed integration module provided by google et jetpack. So this software can’t help solving my problem which is to generate structured data for woocommerce’s products feed. It can helping me if it could generate structured data to be conform with google requirement, but it’s not the case. So i ask you to refund me. Regards

There seems to be a problem with the user documentation that comes in the plugin folder:

When I click either 2. User Guide or 2.1 How to Create a Google Shopping Feed, there is no content.

3- There are AND, OR operators which you can use to include exclude the products and categories in the product.

Check the attached screenshot in the previous reply, you can see in the bottom right corner, there is a download button when you click on that button you can see the feed in the new tab of browser.
Unfortunately, it cannot be changed after creation.

What is the Facebook Feed? I see from another answer given 12 months ago that you do not support the Facebook catalogue. Is the Facebook Feed just an ordinary timeline of a business page? Can you explain what services the plugin provides and what is displayed on Facebook exactly, please?
Is the Google Feed supplied in XML format for the Google Merchant Centre?
I am not familiar with Bings Feed. Is it the same as the Google Merchant Centre fields?

You can generate the facebook feed for your woocommerce items to display them in facebook ads.
You can generate the product feed in four types of formats such as XML, CSV, TXT, & TSV.

I mentioned already – You already have a changelog on the product description at the bottom of the page, and the dates are missing on the changes you listed. I have NOT asked you to add a changelog, I am asking about why the dates are missing from the existing changelog. Why are you avoiding answering? The dates are very important to end-users to show when updates were made.
