Another thing with you demo site – I have created a user via the mobile app. I have done everything that was required.
I logged on to the website as Admin and approved the user.
I have then tried to log onto the website as that user but whatever I try it says the “Credentials does not match”
I know they do as I have written them down
I have deleted the accounts and tried again – 3 times
However every test I do I get the same message.
Why is that ?

Dear Concern, In the signup page , there is forget pin option. After clicking and entering the registered number you will get the OTO on that number for reset the pin. Email reset option is not available for pin recovery for the User currently Thank You

If the User/agent forget the pin, they will reset from the forget pin section of the login page . But for admin the password recovery option is different. Admin can reset is password from the database directly.
But in the database I assume the password is Hashed so how can he alter the password ?
