I see that this is based on Bootstrap 3, but the last updated date is a few years after Bootstrap 4 was released. Is this Bootstrap 4 compatible, by any chance?

I thought this was a WordPress plugin so it doesn’t work for me. I DO wish you would add some sort of note saying it’s not a plugin.
