Another few questions regarding the mobile app before we go ahead.
a) Cash Out
Does not make sense to us please explain.
All it says is Agent Not Available. Why can’t I take cash out to my PayPal account or similar account ?
Why do I need to enter a Phone number ?
What is the purpose of the Scan QR Code ?
How does the Cash Out work exactly. The customer should be able to transfer money to their own account somehow even if it is a PayPal or Bank Account ?
b) Add Money
Seems to be working after we worked out how to approve Verification
UPDATE: Ok I see that under the Admin Site you can authorize a customer as Verified. That is fine. By the way however in the app it still says “Verification is not complete” on the Profile page until you log out. Just refreshing the Profile page does not update it.
c) Mobile App Languages
How to add additional languages such as Spanish, French, German etc.
d) FAQ
This section is blank, why ?
e) Website Admin
Viewing a customer under the Admin account, it seems it is not storing the original Gender entered by the customer because the profile page shows “Select Gender”
PIN also appear empty.
f) Send Notification
How to do this to just on customer or one agent.
g) E-Money
What is E-Money ? I cannot see any info on this.
h) Currency
People from different parts of the world will be using this app locally in their country, so how does someone in the UK set Pounds or Euros, someone in US set USD, someone is Australia set AUD, France, Germany etc etc.
In other words how is Currency for that country handled. ?
I assume we are just not understanding a few things so hopefully you can explain these easily, and if there is a software issue it can be fixed quickly ?

a) before verification no one will do cash out. That’s why without agent customer can’t do cash out. As customers and agents are using the mobile app, according to that perspective the phone number based login option is allowed purpose of Scan qr code is for cash out, send money etc. currently no option to add money to the bank account. b) Admin will approve the verification from the verification request section for both customer and agents c)you can add language following the documentation for apps d) without adding FAQ, you can’t view that section. e) In admin panel, the customer and agent who are added recently will be shown at the top. f) From the send notification section of the admin panel, admin can send notification to all/customer/agent. g)Electronic money which does not have the physical existence. h) Locally, for one country one currency will be used. The system also follow that to set one country, its time zone and the currency as well.
