You can personally change all the icons by either editing the fontawesome svg sets, or changing the code manually and setting your icons the way you want to.

Yes, on the latest version. I’ll try to see log files. The message in my browser simply says… 400 – Bad Request Your browser sent a request this server could not understand. I’m not sure where error logs would be.
I would highly suggest checking this with your webhost provider, this is something that does not come from my script. It’s most likely possible that they blocked the request automatically.

Hi, all the email notifications are unworkable, none of the main email service providers accept webhooks. Something for end users to enter their email service’s API details is needed.
Aweber & Getresponse & co do provide code for users to insert opt-in forms into any web site. So if the custom HTML notifications worked properly that would be a good work-around for the email notifications.
The custom HTML works fine for simple text and images, but insert anything useful like a form code and it breaks.
You can create a free account at Aweber for instance and have the code for an opt-in form in under 2 mins to test. (All email providers have similar embeddable code) If you can please try to fix this.
All the forms code etc is loaded into a notification on a site, it’s just not displaying for some reason.

1 – Webhooks are general and most big platforms do accept webhooks. If they do not, you can simply use Zapier to connect with any provider you want.
2 – The custom HTML notification is meant for simple notifications that are customly made. It’s not meant to create forms and complex things.

OK, it’s going to have to be webhooks. Any help or advice getting something to work would be appreciated. So I can create a Zapier APP under my site brand name which will receive these webhooks so end users can just connect their email platforms to?
Or is Zapier only for API’s? So I’d still have to get a programer in to sort some kind of API entry for them to connect to Zapier/their email paltforms via API?

I can’t get it to send any emails. The test emails get sent fine from the SMPT admin page. Tried different SMPT accounts, 465, 587. All logs fine saying password reminder sent, new users being created fine, just no one getting any emails?

If the SMTP platform you are using is saying the emails have been sent, then you should see the emails (maybe check spam?).. otherwise, it would be best to contact your SMTP provider and ask more.
My script simply takes your credentials and uses them to try and send the email.

Yes, I did consider this and thought about this a lot. It’s just not something that makes sense for this particular case, at least for now.
Why?
Because the script has 100+ mb
This size has to be downloaded by the webhost, which most webhosts can not and do not allow such downloads to happen
The webhost needs to have the ability to unzip the files, which again, restricts the hosts that can do this
File permissions must be fully done right, as automatic file replacements depend a lot on the permissions of files & folders. If a few files do not get properly replaced, you’ll end up not knowing what happened
In conclusion, there are a ton more potential problems on this, development time and headache, compared to the current updating method, which is straight forward with less potential issues happening
