It seems that the plugin version is up to date(21.8).

Also, I’ve tried setting the storage mode to database, but the issue still persists.

Pre-sales question:

For group bookings, is it possible that instead of multiplying the cost of the service by the amount of people in the group to rather keep the price of one person.

So for example:

Booking a tennis court costs $100 The entire group has 4 participants. I’m testing in the Sandbox and it’s now totaling to $400

Is there a way to rather just charge a fixed amount?

I see this feature was requested 3 years ago, but I would like to know if it got implemented?

With this addon, is it possible to collect additional information for each group member e.g. Name, dietary requirements, disabilities etc?

The only workaround to this inquiry would be to use the Custom Fields Add-on and create conditional custom fields and mandatory custom field that asks the selected number of persons and then display the relevant fields (depending on the selected number from the first custom field).

Currently i have the following plugins installed: Bookly Bookly Pro Add On Bookly Group Booking (Add-on)

Now it should be possible to setup the plugin for the following scenatrio: We offer groupfitness and they are scheduled as follows: Women – Thuesday and Thurday from 18:20 – 19:20 Men – Thuesday and Thurday from 19:40 – 20:40

But i set up everything as shown in the tutuorial but i can still not see the registrartion field, when i insert the shortcode in tho the website.

I offer Groupfitness on tueday and thursay from 18:20-19:40 for woman and from 19:40-20:40 for mens. Our participants can register via ourwebsite which is hosted by wordpress. Which plugin should i use? i also want to let them make payments. they can also buy e monthsabo – how can we include this feature aswell? MEaning they can book for another sesseion for free if they bought eh month abo.

Hi I purchased the group booking and installed it But when a group does a booking I dont get all of the info of the other people And also at checkout it only ads 1 amount and not the total of the group

regarding to the message i received from the support this add-on is free in bookly pro version but yet it is still listed for sale.

Some features were released as add-ons several years ago but all customers who bought Bookly before this, retained purchased functionality with no additional charge. Probably you’ve been trying to update Bookly using FTP or there’s another issue but please don’t worry – all functionality that you used before should be available in your configuration and you don’t need to purchase any add-on(s) additionally.

I can see that my colleague is working on your request in Ticket #241729. Kindly wait for the reply.

No, I have not been trying to update it via FTP. I am worrying, because I have spent nearly £200, few weeks ago, on addons that according to your colleague are now free of charge and included in bookly pro license.

When using this addon with multisite add-on, do I need for each sub site (as in siteX.domain.com) a single Group Booking license? Or can I use one license for all sites form the multisite installation due using the same domain?

The Multisite Add-on makes the Bookly plugin compatible with the WordPress multisite environment. Regarding licenses, you need a new license for each new domain where you want to use the plugin/add-on. If it’s one domain, one license is enough, if the multisite uses different domains, then each one domain will need its own license.

Hi,

We need to occasionally relocate one or another person (who has special needs) from one service or employee to another. However, on the screen: /admin.php?page=bookly-appointments (including and probably due to the Bookly Group Booking (Add-on), apparently I cannot change only this person in question, the system changes all customers(the entire group).

How to change just one client (either to another date, service or employee), separately, preserving the reservations of other scheduled clients?

Yes, that is expected behavior with the Group Booking Add-on. If you would like to move a customer to a different staff member, you need to remove the customer from the current appointment and create a new appointment with a different staff member.

Hi there,

We need a booking system for Pilates Reformer studio. The studio disposes of with 7 pilates beds (reformers) that are available for booking in the same time classes.

So we need the option to add: Pilates class Monday 08:30 a.m. Book Reformer 1 Book Reformer 2 Book Reformer 3 Book Reformer 4 Book Reformer 5 Book Reformer 6 Book Reformer 7

The system should show which reformer is already booked from another customer. The system should allow unavailable some of the reformers manually (through the admin panel) in case of someone books by phone.

Both the Bookly Group Booking Add-on and Bookly Collaborative Services Add-on should make this requirement feasible.

The Bookly Group Booking Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000259594-Group-Booking-Add-on allows you to accept group bookings or multiple persons for the same service and staff member at the same time and let customers specify the number of persons they’d like to book for when they choose a service at the first step of the booking process. The price will increase depending on the number of persons selected. Otherwise, you can hide the ‘Number of persons’ field when publishing the booking form which means that all appointments will be booked for one person per booking. And it will no longer offer the same time for the same service and staff member if it’s booked to the maximum capacity.

Whereas the Bookly Collaborative Services Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013222534-Collaborative-Services-Add-on allows you to create services that require simultaneous participation of several staff members, or staff members and shared resources (such as rooms, tables, equipment, specific tools, devices, and items). With this add-on, you can avoid double bookings if the resource is already in use or one of the staff members is already booked for another service since your customers can book a service with any of the following scenarios:

  • two or more staff members working together
  • staff member(s) and a shared resource (such as rooms, tables, equipment, specific tools, devices, and items)

Kindly note that at this time, the collaborative services can be booked via the front-end only. The administrator cannot create appointments with collaborative services in the backend but can manually add each appointment as a part of the collaborative service. And Bookly Collaborative Services Add-on isn’t compatible with Bookly Custom Duration Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005082294-Services-with-flexible-duration-Custom-Duration-Add-on- yet.

Admin or staff member should be able to add appointments in the back-end.

Bookly is designed to work with a weekly schedule. The schedules you set up for the staff members are their consistent availability moving forward – for each and every week. So timeslots offered in the front-end booking form are founded on these schedules. And the time slot interval or how the hours are divided and presented in the booking form is based on the time slot length.

The add-ons https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/features/, such as Bookly Group Booking Add-on and Bookly Collaborative Services Add-on, are intended to help give more flexibility to achieve desired features. I want to note please that Bookly Pro is the main plugin, hence, it needs to be installed and activated to be able to use Bookly add-ons since these add-ons are supplementary to the main Bookly Pro plugin. And the booking form looks exactly like the demo.

Is it possible to force an 18% for a certain service? We have some services where if they pick those, we want to force an 18% tip. If that is not possible then you could think of this as a forced fee on this particular service. Is it possible to achieve this? Thanks

I bought this but as a feature request if I select 3 then at the end there should be a box for me to add the other two that are joining me so that tracking of customers is accurate. Currently, only the customer that booked would be tracked but the two others we would not know they joined the class.

Hello! Two pre-order questions:

    1. I offer 6 services, but I would offer this “group booking” option just for two of them. Is possible to hide the group booking option for the services that don’t require this?
    2. On the dropdown field to select the amount, is there a way to show a text for the maximum number (for example from 1 to 10, show: 1, 2, 3… ALL).

1. This is possible by pre-defining and hiding fields when publishing the booking form. So you can choose which fields you’d like to keep or hide from the first or Service step in the booking form. You won’t be deleting all the info associated with it by hiding a field as it will only be hidden from the customer’s view. Kindly note that when “Categories of services, Services, and Employee” are hidden, it requires a default value chosen because each appointment must have each of those properties. So each service, you publish a separate booking form. However, if you want all services listed on one page, you can list all services then a CTA button to book is hyperlinked to the individual booking forms.

2. At this time, for the customer to see the total maximum number, they’ll have to scroll to the bottom of the drop-down. And for the customer to know how many places are booked/left for the group booking, you can check the box preceding ‘Show information about group bookings’ in the “Bookly > Appearance > Time” section.

I am contacting you because I bought the bookly pro plugin and the bookly group add-on.

Everything works fine, except that when I have an order that arrives with several reservations, my quantity number in the order back office is always displayed at 1.

For example, the price of my reservation is 10€. If the person orders 8 at once, he pays 80€ but is displayed only “Qty 1”.

I need to create a sign-up system that allows the user to pick an age (service), and then see only the dates/times that the age is offered. To enable this, I purchased and installed PRO & Group Booking, set up the staff (only 1), and entered a “service” for each age. I then added a calendar entry for the classes on the dates/times that we wish them to be offered. Everything works as designed except the available times show all open business times for each day, not the dates on which the classes are entered on the calendar. Do I have the correct add-ons to make this work or is this a configuration error?

Hi, in bookly why if i set my hours to 12am to 12am (next day) can I not book a service that spans into the next day? For example a 10pm appointment for 3 hours. It would end at 1am the next day. But it is only allowing that service to be booked at 9pm at most, since 9 + 3= 12am. If I am open 24/7 this is a problem. Hopefully there is a solution? Thanks

Can i pay someone to implement it for me now? Surely this can’t be that hard. It’s a problem because when 12am to 12am next day is selected i feel like that should be 24/7. Or include me a PHP code snipped that I can place it on my website? There are 250+ features to vote on, and this one has 5 votes, so i dont feel too good about it….
