Hi i finaly start to use the stripe this plugin but after i was uploaded its not showing in system settings?
This module is extremely old and hasn’t had an update in four years. During that time, Stripe’s API has changed numerous times and has introduced many breaking changes. Does this extension still work?

Afaik, this extension does not offer the ability to save the cards, so there’s nothing to edit.

That’s handled directly by Stripe based on your account settings. You’ll get email reminders with portal links to update your info directly on Stripe.

hi, recently after updating mailiwizz version 2.2.11 and this plugin to latest one the subscriptions under my account page always return empty even the customer has subscription. I investigated and it seem the stripe customer id return null.

I think I wrongly answered the initial questions because I thought you meant MailWizz itself, not an extension, so let me try to be a bit clearer here.
You need the extended version for MailWizz itself if you want to use it as SAAS. Then, my understanding for extensions, given Envato’s policy, is that in this particular case, for this extension, you can use regular license, but you can ask Envato as well.

ok buy i have already taken mailwizz regular license so no problem ill first use it for some months and see how is the software then ill buy extended license to sell the subscription, first ill try it myself before selling it
One more final question, in future if i decide to convert my MailWizz application to extended version so i will have have to change the product key or ill have to install the entire application again?

Could you confirm this ? does the Mailwizz app automatically remove unsubscribers and bounced email from the list so that the next time we mail the same exact list no email messages will be received by those that already bounced or unsubscribed the first time?

This is correct, although, removing is not the right word, because the emails will remain in the system by default, MailWizz will just ignore them.

Here is a small quick follow up clarification:
1) so it does not matter whether soft or hard or internal bounce all 3 types of bounce are equally considered bounced and won’t be emailed at all ever in the following campaigns .correct?
2) Suppose we have 3 different lists already uploaded to the app and wanting to send the same exact message to all 3 lists What would be the best way to send same campaign to multiple list at once without the need to export each and merge all 3 lists into a new larger list?

3) Would there be any need for separate data in the database to identify the user either paid, renew or cancel? so that paying users, as well as renewed users, continue to get the newsletter, while the one that cancels won’t get it.

I got a notice a bit ago via email there’s an update to this module to download. However the changelog within the .zip file has a last entry date of Oct. 2020. There’s also no version number on the download so as to compare.
If this is indeed a new version, what changes did it make? And what is the process to update an existing installed version?

It was a quick update to address some issues related to processing the payments, this is why you don’t see changes in version/changelog.
You should update the extension only if you experience issues with it, if all works okay for you, no need to do anything.
To update it, simply upload it again like you did when you have installed it.
