Hey there nice plugin and works well. Cant complain. But one issue i have is, after i put the SMS code in the popup, the popup won’t close and even if i click on the close (x) does not work. So i have to reload the page. Any idea why this happens? Thank you
and btw when i activate E-Mail verification i got [xscf-verification-link] and [xscfv-name] and SMS Popup shows also, but SMS popup should not be shown, as i chose for a second Contact Form to verify only via email…

Is it possible only sent sms if the form has sms, but not controlled by the plugin config of sms? Because some form may have sms, some do not, but this plugin always check for phone number.

We want to verify phone number & email, but once sms verified, it ask for email, however, once email is verified, it didn’t go back to the from in the verification link, and goes back to the form, sms ask for verification again.

Is there a documentation on how to make the sms/email modal? After setup the form, nothing shown, I’ve try the demo link, but it also got error.
After chasing the code. phone number must be starting with tel- and email variable must be your-email, both field set to required. Otherwise, no model appeared and will not able to send email verification.

When I create a form with phone number, it will have the below error “[HTTP 400] Unable to create record: A ‘To’ phone number is required.” How can I fix it?

Yes, the twilio information is correctly fill in. And Twilio account we are using is working fine. The error saying a To phone, what’s going on?
We just test using the same token info to send sms in other system, Twilio has log and working. But not working in this plugin. The error seems to be the “To” destination number is not set in the API.
Also try with a form without a phone input, it still have the same error. And found no doc about how to set the phone input. Is there any how to or video ?

Another question is “Email Sending failed. Please try later.” Wordpress can send out email, but this plugin will encounter error. I am using the “Default” in “Select Email Method”

Hello, the plugin doesn’t seem to be working. There is NO verification of the phone number. Doesn’t even show up on the form.
Do I have to set something specific so that it is displayed in the form? Apparently just the phone isn’t enough.
