presale question. 1.- Does this module work as a call center? 2.- each operator has to have its own account and api twilio? or do they work with a single api? 3.- How much does it cost to add a call timer, for example that the call cannot last more than 5 minutes and when it takes 3 minutes a yellow alarm goes off and when it takes more than 4 minutes a red alarm indicates that it should be done. end the call.
