hi, after provider register, be in notification “Admin will verify the commercial document”. My question is, where admin can verfy provider register?
Hi, This can be approved in Admin side. After service provider registration, you have to go to admin settings —> service provider listing—>Service provider name . there you can find this document verification. I tested the demo but I found some bugs some times it doesn’t show any result and it show that it has 20 shops or 40 services but it doesn’t show any thing also while showing the result it take a lot of time too late

Presale question—Are we able to edit the details of the account details? Meaning, if I want to make certain fields required, and others not, can that be done? For instance in the US, we don’t use IBAN, IFSC, or sort code. But we do use account number and routing number. Also is there a way to make it so they always fill in 9 numbers for routing, and 7 for account or what is according to needs?
These are the things I see in the provider demo and wanted to ask in case you can answer before I get a chance to look at the admin demo.

Regarding SUBSCRIPTIONS for PROVIDERS: Can subscription packages include/exclude specific features (coupons, booking, rewards, staff, etc) based on level selected?
Could subscription levels also control/limit the number of services?

It purely depends upon the time duration of usage(for example 2 months, 6 months,etc). In the second point, We have to develop in our next phase of development. Oh that is no good. Definitely a deal breaker limitation. Just time period makes no sense as normal subscriptions models are always monthly or annually recurring. The time period is always separate and standard. There is no value in selling a range of time periods. FEATURES need to be the variables controlled by subscription packages. That’s an absolutely must.

Nice script ! Found Craftesty has potential to meet my project criteria if some concerns will be solved.
Have tried on DEMO; there are some issues. (1) Location search is not working. Once I type a character the slot turned grey with an exclamation mark. Please fix it.
(2) For both language & currency; the content doesn’t change to specific aspect when I selected French or other currency. How will it work in reality?
(3) When I login as a Provider; the button “Add A Service” allows me to proceed without any payment or notice of subscription plan. Will there be an additional step / page for the selection of “subscription plans” registration?
(4) For Subscriptions Plan > should allow setting for “NUMBER of stores / services / products”. But also please allow premium options for the “Featured Services”.
(5) Great to allow booked schedule be integrated with google calendar for both Provider & Customer. Will it include in next update?
(6) Will it work smooth if I install Craftesty as subdomain ( e.g. craftesty.mydomain.com ) and hyperlink from my domain to the login at Craftesty front page.
(7) Any plan to add google map & geosite?

Just a few more questions below for us to clarify on the system flow.
(1) Once a service is booked by Customer; the particular booked timeslot (+Addtional services timeslots; if any) will be blocked to avoid overlap booking?
(2) What if a Customer wish to change date / timeslot. Is there any function could do changes? Or the Customer needs to Cancel the old timeslot and booking for another new timeslot.
(3) Last question regards to payment; may I assume the Customers’ payment will go to “Admin” first. Once the service is completed or product is delivered by Providers; the system will automatically make calculated payment from Admin to Providers?

Hi , we’re happy to see you again. Please find the following for your clarification. 1. Customization. 2. In our product’s current flow- user can only cancel and book again if he/she wants to reschedule their appointments/bookings.We will integrate automatic system functionality in the near future. 3.The system will automatically detect the commission charges and the remaining amount will go to provider’s account if you activate the Commission Management System . If you don’t want the Commission system then you can set the commission value = zero. So that the full amount can go directly to the provider.

What’s the difference between regular license and extended license?
The main difference between these licenses is that under the Regular License, your end product (incorporating the item you’ve purchased) is distributed free of charge, whereas under the Extended License your end product may be sold or otherwise limited to paying customers
Can you be more specific and give me an example? I am not interested to sell your software. I just want to use it as a service that I want to offer to posible clients. Of course that I would like to charge the posible clients for the service that I offer. IN this case the regular license is good?
In this case you need to buy an extended license. So you can sell the script to your end user(Client)

Hello, you have the possibility to link the products to the stores and when he clicks on the product it shows which store he is buying from. Another suggestion is to add Mercado Pago as a payment gateway, it is the best and largest in Latin America. Thanks!
