Hello! 1.This is not a slider directly but a block with tabs where each one has separate content. Switching each tab (icons in your case) changes the content. Please look at the demo to better understand how it works https://elementor.merkulov.design/taber/ Tabs with icons can be placed in different places of the block including on the left as shown in your image

2. Yes, you can insert the contact form 7 short code in the tab content.

3. The plugin works only with Elementor builder but does not require Elementor Pro.

I bought the plugin and using that Style 02 i got a huge problem, i need 12 icons as mentioned before but they are showing one beside each other, i need then to be 3/3/3/3, so three on each row, can you help me? Thank you.

Hello! You can use shortcodes in the Tab content, which makes it possible to add an Elementor section. Each tab has separate title settings https://prnt.sc/114n5t4 which allow you to choose your own icon or picture, specify the alignment or delete the title and use only the icon.
