Embarrassing support staff. They blatantly ignored my question and just sent a canned response offer install services which IS NOT what I need.
If I can’t get help I am going to forced to update my review on this, then BUY a brand new one on a new account (I will NOT extend support) and review that as well.

You’re a greedy company. I change hosting and you say my site up changed and can’t host? Where in your agreements does it say it can only be hosted one a specific IP address of a host? I get one website, but this install the same URL since day one and each time you guys block the install because host up changed by domain is same.
It is a terribly broken system just like your apps you build.
You don’t even have the competence to tell users they need Laravel compliant to host, wasting hours of their time making them think something is wrong.
You’re the definition of a company trying to cheat their way to the top and it’s dispicable.

All the time they spend you saying that cron job works and when you acquire the system, the technical support tells you that the script does not have cron job

Sure, maybe you have to open your eyes….. Check all comments there are other 19 comments that have same issue with Telegram.
and they are using now without any issues, some of buyers makes misstake to connect, its not our fault

A lot of bugs. Update once a year…. Telegram doesn’t work and ZERO support. Author doesn’t reply to my questions and not willing to help

In order to receive the user the signal in his telegram they must add his username in the profile settings and start the bot? Or no need to click on start button ?
