Is it possible to backup and move all the team entries to another installation? Building new version of website and would prefer not to have to manually re-enter each team menber.

I have 4 elfsight plugins, and all of a sudden my wordpress dashboard got super slow, i installed an app to see what’s slowing down and it was all 4 elfsaight plugins only, when i deactivate all 4 it’s back to normal. any ideas why?

The version I downloaded differs from your demo. The options panel is completely different and e.g. there is no option to add additional images. How could this happen?

can’t display their position as you don’t have a span or CSS to allow more than 190 character to display. where can i add extending the position CSS in the plugin?

I think the plugin looks very nice and I’d like to use it (I bought it on Envato), but I have an issue on mobile: when popup opens, I can’t close it. I click on the X icon, but nothing happens.
Actually, when I changed the photos, it started to work, so now it’s ok.

We use the plugin team showcase for our website meet the team page but it doesn’t seem to be working on mobile. Has this plugin been updated recently or have you heard of any more mobile issues? We are very keen to fix this so anything you can do to help I will really appreciate it.

I cant delete members from lists the duplicate and bin icons are no longer there, I got this on Envato Elements. I also cant log a support request and your Ticksy link is no longer valid. Is this now abondonware and should I look at a replacement. I look forward to your response

Can we add same profile to two groups? Without duplicating the profile? Basically what I want is, that same profile appears in two group filters. Is that possible?

For the List Layout, the photos are just too small. How can i adjust their size (I would double or triple the size from the default) with CSS? Would it be possible to add a slider in the editor to adjust the photo size ( and maybe pick square instead of circle)?
Also, the image inside, is there a way to have it FILL the Circle instead of be bounded by the circle (so a rectangular verticle image leaves white space on the side in the circle now).

I did make my images SQUARE so they would fill the circle but its so so small anyways. I love that layout but need larger photos. I’d love to be able to adjust the photo in the circle or just make the photo be the shape and aspect ratio I selected and be able to adjust the size.

Yes, you are welcome to add shortcodes into elementor, the plugin will work fine.
There is an option to edit info for each member, however, there is no possibility to make a custom page for each member, unfortunately.
