Please can we hide or rename all API. It’s not cool that every customers knows the api you are offering. There should be a way to rename them. For example, we could give them name like – Gate 1, Gate 2 , Gate 3 etc.

I seriously don’t understand how and where you guys got your 5 stars ratings from.
I mean I do you keep your customers when you can’t respond to an urgent ticket sent to you for the passed 2-3 days? I had sent via email and no response, I sent via your support ticket, still no response.
I purchased your software, followed your installation guide carefully and installation was successful. I have also added Mailgun API and SMTP API, but I’m Suprise that the system still can’t send out any campaign.
Please how do I apply for a Refund since you can’t respond to a ticket?

Hi, My hosting company don’t have mbstring. Can installation still work without this?
You can try to install without mbstring.If not work then you must need to mbstring in your hosting.

How do recipient unsubscribe? Please tell me how to configure that. I believe without unsubscribe link been added to the sent out message, some recipient may report emails as sparm. This is the only way to avoid them reporting emails as spam.

Its actually depends on your smtp port. Our script doesn’t handle this.
I have Purchased this software. Purchase date is 2020-09-14. Suddenly from yesterday it ask me to submit the purchase code. When I submit the code it says its already used in DOMAIN_NAME. I haven’t change the domain since starting and now only I am using the same domain. So why it comes this error.
