Please restore your original .env file, it sounds like your .env file contains wrong APP_URL value. The update process has nothing to do with validating the license, it does not reset your license nor does it ask you to re-enter it.

When upgrading, I went the other way, I deleted the old code, loaded the new code, restored translations, and migrated users from the old database. This was the only way I could get the new version.

Does it have option to enable and disable the tools? Also can the tools be included or exluded in the plans? For example: Plan 1 includes 5 of the tools. Plan 2 includes 10 tools and etc. Thank you.

The tools are available to all users regardless of the plan they’re on. The pricing model is per SEO reports, and the tools are a side thing, offered as an incentive for the user to initially sign up. The API based tools can be disabled (those from the SEO section). All the other tools are completely stand-alone and can’t be disabled.

Sounds like your server isn’t actually running on PHP 8.0.2. Please create a file called “info.php” in your /public folder with the following code:

Once you created this file, access it using https://example.com/info.php and check your PHP version.

1. That’s not possible. The software must run on the top level of a domain or subdomain. This is a Laravel limitation (the framework phpRank is built on).
2. Later this month, early next month is our current estimation.
3. Yes, it can be done from Admin > Plans > Default. On Regular license this limit will apply to all accounts. On Extended license you can create multiple plans with different reports, plans which can then be assigned per user.
