Hi, I am having same issue as many of the above user has experienced: @sureprep, @drift2—I can’t edit existing tables which I have created. When I go to Settings > CSS3 Web Pricing Tables Grids settings and select the table I want to edit under “Choose shortcode id” dropdown list, it doesn’t load. Is the latest version 9.1 not compatible with latest version of WordPress?

You need to login to the account from which you have purchased the plugin (you should also receive purchase code to your email after purchase), if you have troubles with that, please contact envato support.
We didn’t purchase the plugin, I believe it was free at that time? Our web developer installed it sometime in the year 2013, if it was a paid plug-in all along, this means our web developer might have purchased it and we don’t have access to the account. Please advise.

Plugin is not providing such a functionality build-in but you can hide this dropdown using css code and prepare your custom controls. For example for button which will change cycle to weekly you can use code like:
<a href="#cycle-weekly" class="pricing-cycle-button">weekly</a>After you will click this button the cycle will change, do analogously for other cycles.

Hey, I saw that you store in the options table css3_grid_google_fonts which is almost 750kb big. Why is it so big I only use 2 fonts? This excludes all the shortcode entries.

Plugin is storing google fonts lists in database, so they don’t need to be downloaded from google each time when you open pricing table configuration page. This takes some space but limiting number of requests.

Plugin is using js code only for pricing cycles and sliding/carousel functionality. There is 8KB main js file. Additionally there is library for carousel included – 36KB, library for carousel animation easing – 4KB and for touch swiping – 7KB.

1. Is it possible to make a whole column “Clickable” and linking to a popup?
Because now we have a button inside the table linking to the popup, but we would like the whole columns to be a link if possible.
2. Is it possible to maka the header of the able fixed, so you can see it all the time while you scroll through the table. Our table is very long.

I just wonder if it is a common problem that I cannot choose any tables in the backend? I need to make changes to a table and I try to choose it >Choose shortcode id>, but the wheel is just spinning and nothing happens.. Any suggestions what might be wrong? I have updated to the latest version but that did not help.

This plugin doesn’t work, I just deleted it and reuploaded the latest version of the plugin and it still doesn’t work, everything on my website is completely up to date, as soon as paid support stopped it stopped giving me updates too, this is just a scam to get customers to pay you for support, how can I get it fixed? its just a plugin for a table it shouldn’t cost more in support every year than the plugin costs!! And it shouldn’t need support if its the latest version – are you still updating it and does it still work with php7.3+?

I’m having the same issue that @drift2, @mauricemccaffrey, @gierso, and @vegasphotog all have where I can’t edit anything on my table. When choosing a presaved table, it doesnt load at all. It’s not the site’s fault, it’s something wrong with the plugin. I have deleted the theme, plugins, everything but still cant update anything in the css3 pricing table.
I have extended my support to fix this issue on codecanyon. But when i login to your support system: Support has expired 1720 days ago
