I am using the regular license to create an app for my BigCommerce store, and I’m following all steps which are in the youtube video to create API, but the API is not working and I’m getting a BigCommerce connectivity error “We were not able to connect to your BigCommerce API”. Can someone please help me find out the issue, and how can I access my store URL GENERATOR TOKEN???

I don’t find any new methods for creating API in Big commerce in your mentioned link. Also here https://support.inspireui.com/help-center/articles/95/96/191/app-installation I found the document mentioned the deprecated way which is not available in Big commerce now.
