I want to know if there’s a function to offer prepaid appointments, since I have clients who want to provide sessions to their employees. This means the end user shouldn’t have to pay for the appointment, just schedule it.
We would like to inform you that this particular functionality is not available in our plugin by default. However, it can be implemented through personalized customization.

I have regular license for kivicare pro and google meet addons. But after the recent kivicare pro updates, whenever I activate the Google Meet addon, and I book an appointment, I keep getting “Internal Server Error” response, and when I check the appointment page, the appointment is showing with 0 (zero) price and there is no “Check in” button. Whenever I disable Google Meet, the above issue doesn’t occur. Note that I have the highest versions of both kivicare pro and google meet addons. Also, I tried to change my theme to the default twenty twenty-four theme, but the error persists. Same issue when I try from clinic admin or doctor dashboard.

Hello, I have read and tried your Kivi software. looks and words great. One question, when the patient pays it goes into my account and I have to pay the doctor, corret? Is there a way where the doctor can enter his own account in woocommerce? For example, I can charge the doctor a flat $10 fee, and what ever he sells is 100% his. I dont have to do payouts. This possible? Maybe some custom work?

Yes, in this add-on, there is no limit to creating Google Meet meetings. and there is also no time restriction or fall-off for Google Meetings.

Hi, I got the free version, and I want to switch to the pro version, but I have a technical question, is there the possibility of having unique reservations for individual associated services
E.g. I book service1 for the date February 10th for 30 minutes associated with a doctor, that same doctor and that same service1 cannot be booked for the same date and same time, but at a later time.
Therefore having uniqueness for each single service based on date and time.
If so, how do you set it up and where?

Under the current plugin workflow, time slot validation is contingent on the doctor’s sessions. If a doctor already has an appointment at a specific time, it is not possible to schedule a new appointment for that same time, irrespective of the selected service.
ok that’s fine, but we need to ensure that even the service booked cannot be booked for a second doctor, is this possible?
E.g. Head exam can be booked by only one doctor at a time based on time
Such functionality is not available as of now. It may be possible with customization. If you are interested, please let us know.

Always getting an error when logged in as a Doctor

KiviCare – Google Meet Telemed keeps showing this Under Telemed on Doctors’ dashboards “Note: Please enable Google Meet from admin panel” Meanwhile telemed is enabled in admin panel. Also, when patients book an appointment with doctors who activated telemed, the “Start” video call icon doesn’t appear. I check google console, the app status is active. Also, the “Connect” or “Disconnect” button under telemed setting in doctors’ dashboard is not active. Please What else do i do? The Meet Telemed version is 1.0.6.

Hello- I’m considering purchasing this for a client who does home consults. From what I understand, we would just need the free version of kivicare and this addon to take payments and schedule google meet appointments. One thing I’m not clear on though is if this also integrates with google calendar so scheduled appointments are synced there as well, or do we need the pro version of kivicare for that?
The Google Calendar feature is exclusively available in the Kivicare Pro plugin. If you intend to use the Google Calendar integration with Kivicare appointments, it will be necessary to purchase the Kivicare Pro plugin.

Hi, I tried to install the plugin in wordpress – it gives error -
update: I unzipped the downloaded file and found the installation file – however, after installation, I could NOT activate it – it gives – Warning: KiviCare – Google Meet is deactivate Because kivicare-clinic-management-system is not active Note:kivicare-clinic-management-system plugin is active still receiving this message then Make sure that kivicare-clinic-management-system plugin folder is same as ” kivicare-clinic-management-system” in wp-content/plugins.

In the downloaded zip file there is NO ‘instructions’ file. you try to install it doesnt work. The first thing you do after buying the add-on is – submit a ticket and wait. You need to provide detailed instructions in the dowloaded zip file as to how to use and install this add-on/plugin and what to expect, rather than submit a ticket and wait. If people do it by themselves, they wont have queries and tickets to submit.

my friend, i followed your steps – telemed is still not working. when I tried to add service after logging into doctor’s profile – it says ‘Doctor is telemed not enabled’. Today is 9th day, I am still getting started. It is quiet frustrating to message you daily.

It’s works for free.
I don’t know why, but when I create a query with an attachment in it, after doing the “Check In” of it, the report in which in “Booked” mode shows me the media normally but Check In” it simply creates a lot of Reports doctors with an address without any connection with the media sent, and the url that showed the media simply disappears on the users’ pages.
