I am looking for some QR code generator where I can choose my own custom fields.
I know many scripts provides some fix format for QR Code like : Contact Number, Email, VCard.
But is it possible to make our own field for example say,
Batch No: Batch Size: Gross Weight: Expiry Date: User ID : Roll Number : TagLine :
And Once I fill up all this Information it will generate QR code.

I am looking for a QR website generator script that stores the data in its own database. Thus, the completed QR code will scan the QR code through the database of my website. I want to create a subscription system where the user has to pay a periodic fee to use the QR code. If you do not pay the fee, the QR code will be unusable and you will be redirected to my payment page. Can your script do this?
Can you tell me why the script (website) set up connections to bootstrapcdn.com, fonts.googleapis.com, google.com, gstatic.com? Is this necessary? Can’t this all be put locally? It would not be legally compliant for Europeans.
