How do I center the table? As I’m working on a page, the pricing table is aligned to the left and does not take up 100% of the page.

Colum after colum. You can detele a colum by deleting a main div container.

How many columns max can be displayed? Will it scroll if there are more columns?

No will not scroll, so basicly you can add how many colums will fit your site width. Alltrough you can edit the size of colum and make it smaller via CSS .
