Thank you for reaching out to us. WP Lucky Wheel does not generate coupon code, it’ll only send the email with coupon code to the winner email.

Hi Angela, No, that’s not what I want. I DO NOT want to generate the coupons, I want to feed by set of coupons in the backend that should automatically dispatch one by one. Can you upload 1000-2000 coupons in the backend in this plugins?

whats the difference in them two plugins you have for the wheel
This plugin (WordPress Lucky Wheel) can work on a WordPress website, no other plugins required. And it does not generate an actual prize, instead, the prizes are custom and the plugin will record the winning prize of each user to the log.
Regarding the other plugin (WooCommerce Lucky Wheel), you need WooCommerce plugin activated on your site to make it work. And it generates prizes as WooCommerce coupon, users are free to use them.
Question before purchase:
Can I raffle real prizes and if the user wins, the winning coupon is sent to their email with the instructions to redeem their prize?
If I have 5 X prizes and 2 Y prizes, and 3 Z prizes, does the system discount as the prizes come out?

In point 1 I mean if, for each award you can customize an email template. And about the counter, I would like to know if I have 3 prizes X at the moment that I already have the 3 winners of that prize, it will not appear again. Or simply disappear from the roulette. There is some limit number of prizes. Or of boxes in the roulette?

1. In the premium version, you can add more than 6 and unlimited different prizes, and they can be text output only, the prize as a discount type is unavailable in this plugin (it is available in the WooCommerce Lucky Wheel).
2. Sorry, multiple custom form fields are unavailable, we have these fields including Name, mobile, and email. But we could offer custom work if you need personal features.
3. Yes, there is an option to limit the number of spins per user email, in the General tab See this guide – No 4.
