I’ve added 4 services with 4 different workers. When someone is booking service on SERVICE1 at 2:00pm, no one can book SERVICE2 at the same time.. why? There are different services and different workers, any idea?

Is ther a way to prepurchase appointments?

I want it to make a website for a client who has a yoga place with 6 devices (pilates reformers) available every hour. Users buy different plans that include a certain number of sessions (appointments) per month on those devices. The idea is that users can manage their reservations on the dates and times available in the month and be able to modify or cancel their place in the agenda only up to 24 hours before.

They cannot schedule more than the number of sessions included in their paid plan(s) and if they do not use their schedules for their corresponding appointments in the same month, they will not be able to use them later. The idea is not for clients to pay each time they book an appointment, but rather to pre-purchase packages or plans for multiple appointments (which vary in price). Is it possible to do that with your plugin? Any ideas?

I would like to tell you about my case, which has several peculiarities:

1) I would like to show directly the calendar and the available schedules, is this possible?

2) What happens is that I have a ball park, where the time slots are shared.

That is, one person can book from 16:00 to 18:00 and another person can book from 17:00 to 19:00. That is, they share the same time slot, in this example from 17:00 to 18:00.

Could I reflect this with the add-on?

2) Another situation I would like to reflect is that the price I put on the time slots depends on the number of children coming.

I would like to know if I can somehow make the price appear according to the number of children a person brings.

I would like to get something like this, for example:

If less than 10 children come, it is 1 euro + per child. If less than 8 children come, it is 2 + per child.

3) And then another query I have, which is for another business, which is renting rooms.

I have a place that has two rooms.

With the plugin I use for this, which is Amelia, I have no problem when the rooms are rented independently, because I put them as different services and that’s it. But the problem is when someone wants to rent the whole place (i.e. the two rooms).

Would there be any way to rent both rooms at the same time and that it would be reflected in the calendar by the client with this complement? Or how could I reflect this in the best way?

On the other hand, I understand that this plugin is not made for these situations, so if there are no optimal solutions, could you recommend any other plugin more adapted to this?

Ex: I subscribe for 4 months and I have 12 entries. I can then book 12 courses of my choice on a calendar in my personal space. Does your plugin allow this ?

Hi there, Pre-sale Q. I want to built a appointment system that at the last step of the booking system, ask for credit card , check if it is legit , and save the token in the WordPress database for later use if any or multiple use.

We have 7 rooms in a community centre, we need to be able to let them out by 30min at the lowest, normally 1hour slots.

We need to be able to see a calendar view and be able to add bookings from the backend, it would also be really handy if we could input multiple dates at the same time, say for example someone wants to book a room every week for 6 months, can we just put the information in once and copy it over that period.

Some rooms have added extras for example a conference TV can we have that in an extra field for that room?

and..lastly, can it then produce an invoice every month?
