I’m trying your free version before I buy the pro version but have some issue with a combination with the Woolentor plugin.

I use their quickview functionality so you never leave the page and this is showing your fields nicely and when I choose a field with a + price is shows at the bottom a summary now the issue is that when I press add to cart it’s all ignored and just shows the base price of the product. Also required fields are ignored. I really need this to Quickview to work with your fields plugin.

Hello, I have a problem with your mod. When we select an element in an imagaswitcher, the classes are added. But when we have a second imageswitcher in the page, if I select an element on the second imagswitcher, the classes on the first imageswitcher disappear and we no longer know which element is selected for question 1.

I am trying to display several text fields depending on the quantity ordered. However, I clearly specify “Product Quantity Is Equal To X” in the rules. So I created several “Add Product Addon” according to each quantity but as soon as I change the quantity in the order, only the first works.

on orduct page the cart total is correct but on cart and checkout page the field is not adding to the total..

this is urgent as we have a live website and client is very upset with the solution I provided.

On my site using this plugin, when the user fills out the text area and adds to the cart, the entered text does not show up in the cart or on the order details. The regular text does work fine.

I do not have auto updates enabled, however, it appears an update happened on 5/26/2022. Tthere is now a border around the fileds on the product page, and I hate it. It looks very unprofessional and cheap.

How can I get rid of this border? I modified all the CSS I could find with “border” but it didn’t make a difference. Again, there is a border around the table, fields, and product options on every page where I have this. Please help me.

Hi, We need this to work on the wholesale price not the regular price, we are using Wholesale Suite plugin. We want a field to show the trade price minus 5%. Currently it does it off the standard current price. Is this possible? Thanks,

Hello, We are using the pro version of the Extra Product Options on our website to collect ATV licese information for temporary permits. I can provide links if necessary.

The overall issue is that about 1 out of 10 orders will not have the extra options like license plate, Vehicle Make, Vehicle Model etc on the order.  I have looked into the database and the order itemmeta is not present for the ones with the issue.  We have reached out to a few customers to get some insight into whether they saw the interface at all, or did see the interface but were not required to fill it out (all fields should be required).

This is a relatively important issue to resolve as it is for permits sp any insight as to why it might be happening would be helpful
