I have downloaded the files, but it seems that quite a few of the files in the web-app is only showing 0000 0000 0000… E.g. the sql file.

it is not html, you bought project is php script but you can convert it in html just remove all php code and thats it

I did download the app. There are no php file included with iOS version. also no documentation explain what table, fields and other things need for MYSQL.

no it is not based on WordPress, you can setup on any Linux server
What are the system requirements. Can I run this on Shared Hosting
system required is based on your user request frequency, if it is height than you need heavy server, but for starting it will also work on shared hosting
