It has major bugs.
- one seller can manage other seller’s orders - one seller can manage other seller’s products - If you make new admin user with specific ACCESS . It is inaccurate also. This limited user can see many other things in his account . And if directly open any other link from the browsers . It also gets open. - All the website page settings switches are useless. They don’t work - If you put logo. It does not work - If you add new product – Or anything which has image. Images are not uploading
This is what i tested just. I’m sure there are more. But he most Worst thing is that the author is very non professional. I sent him all of these issues. He ignored me. And i contacted envato And made a refund request. Then author immediately declined it by saying he cannot support While in his support policy it is stated that he will assist with bugs. Now i have created the dispute.
No i don’t think you were working on it. As you should let me know any update before you do. This is how it works. You answered be just before this issue for image uploading issue.. And when i found out these big problems. You stopped answering. And now i submitted the request for refund. Then you get active.
And i asked you if you can fix this in a day or 2 then its fine. Otherwise i have to go for another product. i WANTED To run my website by the end of this weekAnd about the bug. I am surprised you didn’t even tested your demo website before your comment here. ON YOUR DEMO WEBSITE , I have just created an admin with the new role which has only single permission to browse sellers..
If u bother to look into your demo website.. You will find out. IF you login with that admin which i have created.. He can access many things. rather than just one ( browsing sellers )

If you also test your website page switch settings on your DEMO website.. you will find out they don’t work.
