Feature idea: in the individual Form Settings > Styles, add the option to add a custom class name for the entire form to use with external CSS.

I would really appreciate you could consider adding additional functionality to the user Integration functionality. If we could map additional fields such as Company Name and shipping or billing address. eg We are want a registration form for different user types and wish to map these fields to WooCommerce user profiles when they register.
Additionally if you are considering expanding the functionality further, if you could add a user approval feature for submissions that would be beneficial as well. ie after user registers you receive the notification from the form and login and view the submission. If you are happy with all data you accept the user submission then it processes the user mapping functionality mentioned above. This could be an optional feature in the user integration configuration under when to execute.

There is no predefined field, but you can use regular text field for that.

I duplicate a form and give a different name but the record ID output appeared the same for both forms! I suppose each form to have its own recorded ID’s isn’t?
Duplicating the form doesn’t duplicate existing log records. It just creates new exactly the same form.
I created 1st form [leform id=’1’ name=’xxxxxx’] and set up notification and added ‘record ID’ to show on submission output which is showing fine for each unique submission. Then I duplicate this form to and became [leform id=’2’ name=’xxxxxx’] now suppose to a different form since I changed its name. However, if user submit this form [leform id=’2’ name=’xxxxxx’] the ‘record ID’ showing did not start on 1 but rather is show continuity of the ‘record ID’ from form [leform id=’1’ name=’xxxxxx’] as it still the same form which now is NOT. No is not! unless if you don’t understand what I’m saying. Each individual created form should have its own ‘record ID’ for each submission that would make sense. The forms can’t share the same submission record ID’s while are separately forms.and created for different purposes. It make no sense and not useful.

You can’t change it. Built-in reports are sent as is.
Please add an option to customize the look similar to the form themes. As we don’t need the BOLD font on our report since our reports are printed out and will consume more black ink unnecessary.

I would be great if we are able to see which fields are required fields on the design front end. eg a tickbox or option on the right click menu.
Also If there could be a confirmation page where the user can verify all content submitted in a Multi page form before submission – we have a requirement where they need to sign that they have submitted true and accurate information, so if ti could be displayed for them to see what they are submitting without going back through all the screen it would be really great – even if it is just short codes for the HTML block.

Hi. Unfortunately it’s not related to plugin functionality. Please learn ho to get $_POST or $_GET parameters in php. If you think that something doesn’t work, please extend support period (your support expired unfortunately), provide access to WP dashboard and explain how to see the problem.

For example: in the first form the request of the email only and the submission and in the second form the request of other data with a second submission?
