Can the colors be changed for the theme to suits ours? Also when we upgrade Mailwizz, will this theme have problems and have to do anything more than just the usual upgrade?

You dont have to do any action after upgrading Mailwizz as this is a standard theme and it does not modify mailwizz core.

I am getting the following error message when I delete the Customer Child Theme. The Backend and Front end installed themes get remoted as well. Any thoughts?

I think is safe to disable the customer theme rather than deleting as they are linked with backend beign the parent.
Just disable any of the three theme that you do not needs.

Does this not work with MW 2.1.10 ?
Everytime I go to Customer tab, click Enable, it says: “The theme does not exists.”
Also, for Frontend, when I enable it, it never shows me new options. Your instructions say: ” Landing page data/content can be managed (create,edit and delete) from ‘Ruby – Child Theme Frontend’. Click ‘LIVE EDIT’ button to see landing page theming live.”
However I never get those buttons, all I ever have are Enable and Delete.

Excellent support, they jumped on a Zoom meeting with me and we discovered there’s a problem with it working in PHP 8.1, but in PHP 7.4 it works fine. So the temporary solution is to use PHP 7.4 while they work on a fix. A couple other minor things came up during the call, but top notch customer service and I look forward to the updated release.
Follow up: all the issues I had (except PHP 8.1 compatibility) have been fixed with the new released they made yesterday. Awaiting PHP 8.1 fixes but everything is stable in PHP 7.4.

Hello. There are 2 frontend problems this theme does not solve for MailWizz. The first is creating static pages with normal URLS like site.com/staticpage (manually) and the second is when a user is logged in the “Login” button should changed to maybe “Dashboard” or whatever else the user should see instead when already logged in, using the php if statement…If those 2 problems are fixed, I will definitely purchase this.

Most of the problems you had was addressed in the documentation.
It was unfortunate to respond late to your comment. However, we required and stated on details page that you confirm the item works for you before purchase as we wont process refund after purchase.

You realize that i had to re-arange my project at the time i couldn’t find you, right ? 10 days (1 third of the month) is a long time to wait for a response. I had my project, i delivered and now i am done with that.
I move the app to subdomain and handle the maindomain with a frontpage from wordpress. Therefore i dont need the theme.
As i confirmed i had issues that i couldn’t overcome and some i did. There is a context in the comments we exchange that clearly shows i was unable to use your theme. Its right there, waiting to be read.
You can update the theme by my suggestions for improvments, i can make you a list of things that need to be change asap so you can optimize your work to the full of its potential.
But, unfortunately i am no longer in need for the theme. Therefore i could use the redund to buy something else that i need.

Hi, i have some questions. 1. How to show up price on pricing tables ? 2. What urls should i add so they can just redirect on payment page or on sign up i guess. No sure where it supposed to go. 3. Hello, im so sorry i got this late. Go this way: Admin > Themes > Frontend > Ruby – Child Theme Fronted (select this) and go to “Pricing plan” tab, Then update you “Purchase url” as desired.
You can manage payment plans by using mailwizz “Monetize” menu option from your admin panel. ( mailWizz have this by default).
