My humble advice. Adding the Call Logs to the customers page. Many CRM manufacturers do it this way. You also provide PBX integration. In this way, it will automatically process incoming and outgoing calls to CRM as “call log”.
we dont support PBX yet but its on the roadmap keep watching

Hello, Will it possible to create a feature so that we can connect any android phone with the computer in which our agent will login and enter some key or so in the agent area. After that our call log will get enable to make an out bound call via that agent panel but call will go out via that android phone. Technically it is possible but don’t know if you have that process in your todo list or not as calling out via phone is very very convenient rather than calling via any other api based system.
