Is this installable in a subdirectory of a subdomain? Like subdomain.domain.com/phprank.
I read the documentation, there might be a problem “Changing the public directory”.

The software must be served from the document root of a domain/subdomains. It does not work on sub-folders. This is a Laravel limitation (which is the framework our software is based on), not necessarily a phpRank limitation.

Sorry, you can’t import a list of domains. You can add a sitemap of a given domain, to get reports in an automated way, for that given domain.

First, I will say this is a very great and perfect script. I see people talking about blog features and you responded that wordpress does a better job, you’re right. I think the blog feature is 1. To boost the website’s presence on SERPS and hopefully rank it higher with some quality seo articles to work hand in hand with the tool. 2. Adsense won’t likely approve it if no much blog content and all. Generally, I think a blog system is a very needed feature to perfect this script. Also, I also think there should be a way for visitors to check their website without being forces to signup, like thelanding page should have the feature already to insert your website and all, and after the result is done, some comprehensive report should require signup before they are revealed. Generally, this is an awesome script and I will be buying this.

As previously said, there are no plans to add a blogging system, however you can still do it using any blog platform you’d like, there shouldn’t be anything stopping you from doing that, if that’s a requirement for your project.

on the demo, it says apple.com does not have a favicon, when it does.. is this bug fixed and are there any other bugs?

That’s not a bug. Apple.com does not have a favicon defined. Just because your browser can resolve its location magically, doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be specified in the HTML head tag.

There was No Initial Error. I was following Installation Steps and after Setting up Admin Details it is giving me this error.

Then it means your database is not empty. That error clearly tells you that there’s already an existing table with the same name that our software is using. You may want to look into that.

I am using an empty Database for phpRank. phpRank is populating it and then giving me error on creating Admin Credentials.

I’m interested on this product and is that the extend license $199 is one time free, any hidden fee after that? will that allow to make it as SaaS product and I can charge my customer whatever I want. Can I buy the regular license first then if it is good then I can pay extra $150 to make it as extend license?

That’s correct. The license is a one time payment. Yes, you can create a SaaS software and charge your users whatever price you want.
Envato does not have an upgrade option for the License, but have a read at: https://codecanyon.net/item/phprank-seo-reports-platform/35522081/comments?page=4&filter=all#comment_27813691 – keep in mind that using a Regular license, you won’t have access to any of the payment modules (plans, subscriptions, invoices, tax rates, coupons, etc.).

No, you don’t have to go trough those steps, as you’re not supposed to delete anything from your server, hence your file permissions will remain the same.

First, you must enable it, as described in the Documentation.
Go to Admin > Settings > Advanced > Sitemap links > set a value such as 10, or 50, or 100… (be considerate and implement a limit).
Once you’ve enabled it, you can paste your sitemap.xml link in the URL field on the Reports page, and phpRank will do the rest for you!
