Hello, Im interested in your plugin but not sure if it would work in my case. Could you please advice? Pre sale question – is it possible to set up a booking facility for training courses where people can choose to register as an individual or register a group. It its a group I need fields for each person email and telephone, and reminders for the course needs to go to everyone. Is that possible? Also if its a group then the cost per person needs to be added to the total.

1. It is possible to set up a booking facility for training courses where people can choose to register as an individual or register a group of people (i.e a group of 6 persons or 10 persons etc).
2. In the checkout page there will be fields for 1 person (who is booking on behalf of the group) and the other persons derails can be added in the ‘Additional details’ field. And that 1 person (not the other persons of the group) will get the email about the booking.
3. Costs per person will be added to the total.

I have a presale question – if a client is having an active membership or a client already purchased a package and later the client wants to book an appointment can we take free booking for that particular client or else can we ask client to select a particular membership or package before booking and later can ask for recurring booking and payments?

Hi, just wanted to report a bug if it hasn’t already been reported. I had a date blocked on the system and the datepicker had disabled that date which is fine but a user was able to manually add the day, month and year on the form and it wasn’t picked up by the system as a blocked date and so they made a booking on a date that shouldn’t have been allowed because they chose not to user the datepicker. I had to manually add a ‘readonly’ on the form in the code to stop it happening again. FYI

- What happens when customer cancels the booking? Can they pick different timeslot?
- Can the reservation be cancelled by admin? What happens in such case?
- Within the cancellation, is the booking removed from Google Calendar as well (with the add-in: ARB Google Calendar)?
- I would like to achieve the following: customer buys a bundle of 4 tickets; during the 30 days period (after payment) the customer can book the specific service using the calendar – is it achievable with your ARB plugin?

I am looking for a booking plugin that can handle specific functionality. First, can this plugin set capacity limits for different days? We have a dog boarding facility and we need to set capacity on weekends, including possible specific days of the year, different than days through the week. Sometimes we may need to make the adjustment manually. We need something very flexible in that way. We have a solution now that does not allow for this much flexibility and it is not working for us. Also, can day of checkout become available as an open spot? thanks!

Hello presale question. I have to swap my services every week as follows: Monday Service A and Friday Service B … Next week Monday Service B and Friday Service A … Next week Monday Service A and Friday Service B and so on all year round . Can I determine it automatically?? Or I have to do it by hand every week for the whole year?? I also want to create a reservation deadline for example for Mondays, limit reservations until Saturday 2 p.m. Then we can no longer book for Monday. This in order to be able to predict the availability of my staff. Finally if I want payment, do you accept payment from woocommerce so I can use Paypal, Stripe but also Vivawalett?

If you want to change the availability of your services every week or at any other time, you need to change that from the availability settings. And, the reservation deadline for your service is until the start of the service.
With ARB, you can use any payment gateways supported by WooCommerce, such as PayPal, Stripe, Square, Google Ads, Amazon Pay, PayFast, eWay etc.

In Availability, there seems to be a bug when you select a day for the Range Type and then enter in the time. Upon saving/updating the product, the time resets to 12:00am – 12:00am. Then you have to enter the correct time again. I experienced this in 2.8.7 as well as the latest 3.1.0.

The ‘availability’ range is saving the data correctly on our test environment. Here is a video, where you can see the time does not reset upon saving/updating; it saves the time correctly. Maybe you can share your site details to the Support team, so that they can check what is going wrong there and help you accordingly.
FYI, from the database it is found that you have registered your purchase (ARB) for this site (https://eu***ii.com/). But we don’t find our plugin (ARB) installed there. If the ARB plugin is not registered for the site where you are using the plugin, you may find issues. Is this (https://eu***ii.com/) the correct site you have registered for? If not, please contact Support and ask them to change it for you.

The iCal file can be sent to the customer through your admin area. It will not be sent automatically when the customer makes a booking. In your admin area you have the option to send notification emails to the customers with/without iCal file.

If we want to add scheduling where regular office hours have no fee and after hours costs $30, can the user do a free booking request for a time with no charge without having to go through the checkout process? Or do they still have to add to cart and go through the process with a $0 product?

Yes, they have to add to cart and go through the process with $0. Because the administrator needs to be notified by email and also in the administration panel for each booking; and the booking request notification happens when someone completes their booking with the checkout process.

Hello, There is a very big problem with the extension. We had two reservations that went through while they were blocked. We realized that even if a box in the calendar is blocked, a manual entry allows you to book anyway on any date!

Hello, It was just a note to warn you that you can enter the date you want, even if it is reserved, and even on the latest version of the plugin.
So for the trick: I added in the inputs a readonly attribute and everything is ok. The user can still click to open the calendar and see the date displayed in the boxes without being able to enter the date by hand.
