The Revisions are already counted and the value is shown in the menu, you also have the possibility to count the revision files by php if you need the value in an other php script. Hope that answers your question, thanks for getting in touch and best regards

I like the new update 4.0, but I have .csv-files with 5000 lines and more… editing them is nearly impossible because of infinite loading. Is it possible to add pagination in edit-mode?
No, that’s not possible in the moment, but you can solve this if you use single edit mode

Hello, does this point to a CSV in any location or must CSV be uploaded to the application? I have a script that will need to cURL down the CSV after edited and wondering if I can still point to my NGiNX web server like http://server.url/file_name.csv ? Or will it be some custom URL ?
Dear 3tl, you can upload it to the application, or you can define the place (path on the same server/hosting) where the script will find the CSVs. There is no way at the Moment to edit a CSV that is given by URL because there is no possibility to write it back to an URL
Ok great—I just need to define the path to the CSV and then my script uses cURL to pull that CSV down to a computer … all editing can take place in your webUI and then script will pull that edited CSV down to computer. I think this will work great. Is it compatible with latest PHPv7 ?

There will be a Multi User Feature in the next Release, but more than ohne can Not edit ohne file – that makes no Sense
Ok, my file is just like 7,000 lines and 2 columns with not much info—each person would be editing different data….so even if they logged in as 1 user this would not work? When do you plan on the next release? I am very interested. thank you very very much
If user A edit the first line and user B edit the first line. First save user A but then user B save and overwrite the changes from A. Next Problem will be if user A add a new line and user B cant see because his file will not show the new line, if both cases are not relevant for you than it can be fine for you, you should give it a try and i will give support (but remember that support don’t mean that i will integrate new features ). If you buy you can send my an eMail an i will send you the beta if you like. Cheers

There is a View only mode (without the possibility of changing anything, can be called e.g. in an iFrame) and the Admin (with correct Login) can do all the magic

Everything is perfect except for multiusers. I need to show one or more files for each user. Admin create, edit and delete all, but users view only their files (each his own). It isn’t possible, right?

yes you can upload a CSV File by the admin backend (upload is only off in the demo for security reasons) and yes, the names for the columns come from the first line of the CSV!

The only thing you should do is, make a CSV file e.g. phonebook.csv and save it in the data folder, first line should habe the columne names! Thats all. Upload dosnt work in the demo but if you buy you can also use the upload function. then tehere is a iframe that you can use to sho the phonebook on your page (edit only in the admin backend) Cheers!

You can change the character of the frame
the look of the table is hardcodet in the script – there is no template, so it is not so easy to change the look – the only way is a custom programming – Cheers

Thanks for getting in touch, but sorry no, my CSV Editor dont work wit mySQL. Also you must login to upload a file and so every logged-in upload have admin-rights and can edit all CSV files. Cheers

The only way is to set $deleteDirect = TRUE; in the config.php file!

I just purchased CSV CRUD and I am already very frustrated with it.
[1] It says that my CSV file is “too BIG” to edit. WTF? My file is only 8kb with only 149 lines.
[2] The script is forcing me to use an “enclosure character” around each field. If I leave the enclosure character blank in the config.php file then it throws all kinds of PHP errors.
[3] When you search for a keyword, in your CSV file, it does not allow you to edit any of items included in the search results.
[4] When “Single-Edit-Mode” is enabled, you cannot sort the columns.
I have been working with this script for about 2-3 hours and it’s simply one frustration after another.
Please help me fix these issues (especially #1 and 2). Otherwise, I’d like to have a refund. Thank you.
