The design of the app is good itself but when you start using it you find many bugs and many missing features. When you solve a problem but next point is a relating problem. You are ambitious but you have many apps at the time and you don’t focus to achieve a good job. Really you should be sure that you did the maximum need in an app before developing others. We can not every time solicitate the team. It’s a waste of time for us. I may have a suggestion, when you solved a problem try to mention it somewhere so the next one will come, read and fix it himself. You can install the system in your localhost by simply uploading it to your htdocs directory, open the installation wizard, fill in all the required fields and your backend is installed successfully.
Now to connect the same with your mobile app, you can give your local ip as a domain URL and connect your mobile app to that URL. It should help you with the app connection as well. For more information on installation and building an app, we have details given in documentation. You can follow that.

Kisi bhi app me notification sound nai a raha hai. 5. Delivery boy ko commission k badle flat rate hona chaiye…aur kitna cash collect hua ye dikhna chahiye…

1. Sir, Sab jagah jaise ki Amazon, Flipkart aur eBay jaise bade bade ecommerce platform main, prices in subtotal are inclusive of taxes, humne just research karke confirm kiya hai. Haan idhar ak chiz jo hamare invoice me missing this ke Tax Amount jo customer ne pay kiya hai wo hum log invoice me add karne wale hain jo next update me aa jaega.
2 & 4. yeh issue ke liye aapko hamari team help karegi group me connected rahiye.
3. Iska bhi solution hum log nikalenge.
5. Delivery boy ki commission ka or cash collection ke points hamari upcoming updates me already note kiye hua hai so yeh bhi aapko jaldi hi mil jaega.

I have checked the admin panel but have not seen where the admin set his commission percentage from items sold by sellers. For example, i expected to see that when seller make a sale, seller earn 80% and admin earn 20%. Something like that. So, please explain how admin get his commission from seller

Well, this is present admin panel. You might have missed it. Let me help you find it. This commission can be set by admin while creating or editing any particular seller. For example here : https://vendor.eshopweb.store/admin/sellers/manage-seller
The commission can be set in two ways: One is globally means it will be equal for all of the products of particular seller and second is category wise, means for each category of products admin can set different commission. This gives an option to admin and both sellers to adopt adjustable commission system.

Hello Team 2 Suggetions form my side 1) Add pickup form the store option at the time of ordering like ecart single vendor 2) in seller section add some filter like in app view all seller page their should be one drop down of city list by which if any one selected the city only that city selleres will appear so the person can visit or order for the store for quick delivery

I will love to purchase your product but I can see some lagging features
1. What methods are there for users signing in? I can only see Phone number with OTP
2. Why no social media login?
3. Also, location should not be restricted to zip code only. I will suggest user can select from the available zones that admin has set
4. Wallet system is great… I think bank transfer should be an option when recharging wallet so users can transfer to admin account directly.
5. Vendor should be able to use their own bank account as transfer when user makes an order and not admin’s account

1. Currently, We only have signing in with Mobile and password.
2. We haven’t added social login system in eShop yet, because in most practical cases of ecommerce they won’t be having social login system, because ecommerce company do not wishes to entertain fake customers and we all know social medias will be having lots of fake profiles. That is the core reason behind this.
3. Your suggestion is right, but currently we have a feature to serve the products on available zipcodes only.
4. Good idea, we would note this for future updates.
5. Here, You mean the amount which is paid by customer while placing an order should directly go to vendor’s account instead of admin’s account?
As per the above answers hoping that, your queries would be clear. If you feel the urgent needs for the above mentioned features, you can customize this feature as per your need.

Hi I am asking about some customize on this app if possible and how much it will cost
1. Enable customers to create orders through uploading images or adding plain text.
2. We need to customize the app to be able to assign the orders to the vendors automatically based on the vendor’s zone.
3. We need to add function to enable administrators to specify certain number of orders for each time slot based on the available resources over each day.
4. Payment channels Enable adding new payment channel like visa, master card, mobile wallets, or any other local payment channels through enabling the app to integrate with external APIS.
5. Enable customers to chat with our customer services though whats app, messenger, telegram by adding the icons on the mobile app.
6. The available is scheduling the delivery time by the customer, but we want to enable delivery by extra money to request fast delivery service to receive their orders within 30 minutes or any time after paying special fees.
7. We need change the pin code to aera and you chose your area when you sign in then the products show accord to the customer aera
8. We need to be able to track delivery boys during the delivery trips and get statistics like distance, time, etc. through the app itself.
9. We need to allow customers, sellers, delivery boys, and administrators to be able to evaluate the process and evaluate other entities through the journey.
10. We need to block vendors from seeing customer information such as their numbers, emails, addresses, etc. from the vendors app
11. We want the order collect by the same delivery boy not Separated like now
12. We need to customize the app to be able to assign the orders to the delivery boys automatically based on some pre-defined parameters like zone, number of orders in each time slot, etc.
If these customize possible please tell me how much it will cost and if 1 of these features already founded please tell me
