Our client site has a minimum order time of 1 day however, the site shows time slots available within the drop down menu but they are unclickable. I guess this is the intended behavior but the problem is that users don’t get a toast message or any error. Can we either A, avoid showing time slots within the range of unavailable or B, can we show a message or hide the options??
The problem with how it works now is users just keep trying to click and keep calling for support as it looks like a technical issue.

Hi,i see that you have the option of creating more locations. I have 2 locations each one with one Star printer. How do i send the order to printer of one location or the other? i see that the Star Cloud plug in gives only one address to enter in the printer.

If you want to auto print order for each location then you need install this plugin on WP Multisite and you need to create each location as each site, currently the Star Cloud does not support auto print for multi locations

Hello. Can you minimize the number of requests of google api to the minimum necessary only to calculate delivery costs at checkout? I noticed that there are a lot of unnecessary queries in the code and using Google Api is quite expensive. For example – when we disable the css popup on the home page, the page still loads the google places API. This is a waste of money.

2. The js file still loading, but It did not send request to google map until you enter address into address field, if you want to disable the popup select order method, please set shortcode parameter:

If you have a big store and you have a lot of users then you need to pay for google map is normal, I have used the google map API for some of my demo’s page, but I never pay for it and I also never hear from my users that they have a small store, but they have pay for google map API, please make sure you have set restriction for your google map APIs like the video guide from document to prevent someone can use your APIs

I have set up restrictions as you described in documentation. I need to make sure that your plugin will not make unnecessary requests. I see there are many comments of users that don’t like location popup at the beginning. Why you don’t make just option to disable it.

Hello… is it possible to change payment types based on delivery / collection. Both cash payment types say “cash on delivery” where it would be good to change collection cash payments to “cash on pickup”

There is no option to allow you can set that text for each order method, but you can change that text from “cash on delivery” to “cash on delivery/pickup” in payment settings

1. As I said in my previous message that “you only can send order to WhatsApp as you can check the demo page” so if user send their order to WhatsApp, they need provide details about the order via WhatsApp and this plugin does not control anything about order on WhatsApp
2. This plugin only support order automatically printing with Star CloudPRNT (only work with star printer) so if you want to use this plugin with star printer as you can read on description page

Hi Thanks for a quick reply. Here is the best explanation and process of domain mapping. A site in the multisite can be dns’ed as site1.domain.com, domain.com/site1/ or somedomain.com.
