Could you make some change idea? Offer by the customer, not the service provider. ex) customer offer “I need delivery food from ABC restaurant to my house, I can pay $15.00” like this. And one of the service providers accepts offers then the other service provider can’t accept the offer. It’s like Uber Taxi. And admin can get a commission from the service provider, ex) $15.00×10%=$1.50.
Service providers have to apply to admin, admin after review and approval for the provider as Uber driver accepted from Uber company.
