I have a very important question for Ninja Popups. How can you offer supported add-ons if the main plugin has been removed and never been updated for over three years?

No warning, no reasoning. So when will the original popup plugin be available again? These add-ons are for a plugin that is no longer has any support or downloadability.

Hi, I have a popup to thank you page with downloadable ebooks, but if somebody already sign up than it says the mail already exists and doesnt redirect to thank you page. That work before after update, not anymore. Help please

Hi I installed the plugin on the test site and now I have on the existing site When installing it writes that the Push code has already been used. On the test site, I deactivated the plugin, but the notification that the code already used does not pass. what to do?

When i try to enter “Purchase Code” i see “Error: Unable to connect to the server.”

Helping a client install and get this popup working. The site is stateofblue.com and I installed everything. I can see the plugin and I designed my own popup. When I enable it (or a pre-designed one) on the homepage (via drop down dialog box) doesn’t work – No popup. Are there step by step instructions so I can see if I did everything correctly?
