Dear support.
We liked your application but we will not be able to continue using it because:
1. You said, we are advised to use a time zone which is 5 hours ahead of our region; we cannot do that! respectfully (this affects the birthday schedule delivery). our Timezone is GMT +1
2. We cannot integrate a local PHP SMS Gateway, which is cost effective for us?, how should we pay clickatell $4 per SMS while locally we can pay $0.05 per SMS, unfortunately we cannot do that as well (too expensive to manage twenty two thousand contacts)
For these reasons, we kindly request for REFUND so we can focus on email marketing companies which takes care of all automation.
However, if these two requests above can be considered and implemented in our application, we would be glad to continue using SSEM.
