Since last update plugin totaly not working in single product page. Any way to download the previous version when it was working fine?

The products simply don’t show, no matter what I tried, luckily I had previous version, reverted to 12.10 and all works fine again. My setup: Latest Woocommerce, with latest Divi theme and PHP 8.1 The new plugin update (version 1.2.11 (which only fixed PHP 8.4 notices, per the changelog)) likely introduced subtle breaks in how it handles WC 10’s updated hooks, HPOS order queries, or template rendering.

Nice. Is it possible to display default suggestions? I mean if a product does not have specified products related or is often bought alone, can I choose a global default to suggest related products by tag / categories etc?
You can set them manually on product level yes.

Automatically only when products are added to cart or purchased.
Is there a default for displaying products when there are no suggestions available? example if a product is bought for the first time. So that the suggestions field is never empty?
Yes you can manually set bought together on product level.
My shop has 100.000+ products, I can’t set it manually for all of them, I’d need some default setting for products that would have no “bought together” (like related for tags/category/best selling/best rated)
That is not possible by default, you ma need to import this using wp all import or so.

Ok, good to know your code is totally independent of WordPress & WooCommerce. if your code is not stand alone then since you have updated last both WordPress & WooCommerce did lots of changes and you are not immune to code changes they do! so again do you think you don’t need to update your plugin?

Hello. I have a pre-order question. Does your plugin support synchronisation between multilingual products? There are 20000 products in the shop and 6 languages. So, if we set up frequently bought together for on language product we need to have it automotically filled in for the corresponding product in other languages. so, does you plugin support this feature?

plugin is half HS for active store with large order history, cause of error coding, cause no pagination created, causing critcal error every time for page admin.php?page=bought-together-statistics cause of calling GB data in one page…. support told me it’ be fix on next update but it’s was perhaps 8 weeks ago… Finally you’ll fix or no?
Currently pluginis unusable, with stores with many orders. And yes I have a huge server memory limits, but uploading hundreds of thousands MB of data on a page no matter how powerfull the dedicated server is, the problem comes from the plugin query and memory management not from the server limit.

The fonts are required for the slider to work. Try disabling the reviews plugin then the issue should be gone.

1) In automatic matching yes – cause red t-shirt will be bought with only red shoes. Does not make sense to show blue shoes for example.
3) Sure you can disable slider.
1) I am not trying to create bundles so it is not necessary to buy red t-shirt with red shoes. I want to show options that user can buy if they want. so if someone wants to create red ensemble then with t-shirt they may buy shoes, belt or something else. So I don’t understand how this still works, is there an admin demo?

Hi I purchased your plugin and applied on my site which was built with Divi. I used custom Divi product page and your plugin is showing on the first line of the page before product information. Is there a way to adjust its position? Or, do you have a short code that I can place it in any position I’d like to have it? Thank you.

Loving it so far, but have a few issues (minor.. ish..)
“Add all to cart” button only adds the first item (of three).
I have over 10,000 orders to go through. Do I really only have the option of doing it 100 at a time?

2) Unfortunately yes – otherwise we experienced some timeout from slow hosters
will do – I had to roll back to previous backup for other issues, and the add all button works on the old one.. which is a previous WC build. curiously.
I found a shortcut to the 100 at a time though. Rather than hitting back and the button again, simply F5 refresh the page worked. Much quicker.
This is the only plugin I’ve found that actually links real “people who bought this bought this” orders instead of putting them in manually. So I’m happy with it so far (and hope that the other issue (gravity forms) when sorted also sorts this).

Hello, I purchased and installed your plugin but I found it does not on the right place on the page. I chose to locate the ‘also bought together’ after the ‘add to cart’ button but it is at the top of the page. I used the Divi builder to customize the product page. Can you provide a support on that?
