apple.com it’s a homepage it will never have friendly seo url. there’s no way that will be positive. Could you set to “pass” all homepages? I guess it’s a bug.

The SEO report is correct. The “apple.com” passes the test because URL does not contain any special characters in it, and also contains a keyword that’s present in the webpage’s title (which is what the test checks for), meaning URL matches the content.
If a user searches for “apple”, the URL contains the keyword, the page contains the title, which is a perfect example of an optimized combination of URL name & content.

Pretty much all the SEO reports you find online only offer partial reports for free, or with no management tools at all (no history, no performance indexes, nothing). To name a few examples:
- WooRank (requires paid plan)
- Neilpatel (only 3 free reports, after which paid plan is required)
- Ahref (requires paid plan)
- SeoSiteCheckup (free on page seo report with no history)
- SiteCheckerPro (partial reports, requires a paid plan)
So not sure which “free” portals are you talking about, that offer the same feature set that we do.
If you’re talking about phpRank’s Regular License websites, then you can easily compensate with a better server, better support, and so forward.

Sorry, by default that’s not possible. Users must be logged-in to use the Tools. If you wanted, obviously you could change this, but it requires you to change the code a bit.

Just a quick update on this matter. We’re getting closer to release a major update (one of the biggest updates we’ve ever released), and Limited Guest Reports will be part of it. Here’s a sneak peak at it: https://streamable.com/95uelv – it will allow guest users to generate SEO reports, however when a test from a SEO report fails, the result is hidden, and a message is displayed, encouraging the user to register to generate a “full” report.
This is just a small feature from our upcoming update. There are much more new things coming soon, stay tuned!
In the mean time, the “Tools” section can already be made fully available for Guest users to use them.

We’ve just released v21, which now has an option to generate complete SEO reports publicly by enabling the Guest Reports from Admin > Settings > Advanced.
So you can now fully use both SEO and Tools publicly, without the need of an account.
Furthermore, we’ve added ad-spots (which are also part of the plan), so you can now monetize the platform by displaying Ads instead.

Those are not issues with our software.
1. The 403 you see is because your server has mod_security enabled and blocks any javascript you paste in inputs. Reach out to your hosting administrator and ask them to disable the mod_security rule that triggers the 403 on your server.
2. That’s because your SMTP credentials are invalid. Please triple-check your SMT credentials.

- My bad. SMTP credentials were wrong (I’ve inverted username and email).

That route has no impact on security or anything else whatsoever. That route HAS to be exposed, as some times we may introduce changes to the Admin Panel that may prevent you from accessing the /admin route until the database migration is finished, hence why the route has to be available at all times.
As for your mod_security rule, we’re already properly escaping all the strings, no worries. But manually via the database should do it too.

That’s not a bug, that’s intended. When you change the country, there’s a _POST form submit, and the button disappears until your information is updated. The button reappears as soon as the information is updated.

1. Yes, they can be indexed, presuming that the Report is made Public. By default, all reports are Private unless you’ve selected to be Public. Our next update will include a new button for Preferences which will allow you to change your preference on a per account basis.
2. It doesn’t have a sitemap.
3. Yes, it would be possible but you need to customize the software to support that. Also keep in mind that 2 different people can scan the same URL, so you must introduce a unique ID into the URL as well, to avoid rewriting someone else’s Report.
4. We have no plans to add meta tags, however phpRank has complete support for them. For example, if you want to add meta tags for the reports, simply go to /resources/views/reports/show.blade.php and add your custom meta tags after @section(‘head_content’).

They’re not unrelated at all. The tools are meant to assist web developers when creating and optimizing content on their website. A quick example would be “Text to slug” which will help users create SEO friendly URLs.
We’re already aware of the SemRush, but if you’re expecting a SemRush grade product in this price range, you’re looking at the wrong product. Don’t get me wrong, we’ll be looking into any possibility to expand on it, but it will always have some limits.

We’ve implemented a new section called “Tools”, and we’ve introduced 12 tools to start with.
We’ve also redesigned the sidebar, and improved the Projects management by adding its own separate section (also you can see the overall health status, and added the search capability).
While I don’t think we’ll be able to add sitemap scraping in v1.2.0, I can confirm that we’ll be looking into adding SERP keyword checker in v1.2.0, and perhaps immediately after in v1.3.0 a sitemap crawler.

Basically everything is free for regular and paid for extended, so if you sell 1000, 995 will be giving same thing for free and 5 with extended license will be asking for money. This is like pay more to look like a fool in the market, instead you should integrate more modules in extended license
