Hi – does this plugin still work for WP Job Manager?

It does and it’s fully compatible with the Cariera theme.
My item is not supported despite having paid for support.
I keep getting this error:

is this plugin still active and does it still work, we recently purchased a different plugin who’s literature did say it supported the integration but it since transpires that it doesnt.

I can’t get into their support because my Purchase Code keeps giving me an Error. I am trying to reach support for a step-by-step on how to integrate this into my website. I hope to use this plugin but there seems to be barely any guidance in getting it started.

Is it also possible to sign up via LinkedIn so the name, profile picture and email address (etc.) Will be automatically transferred?
Besides that the price for this small feature is way too high.

There is no signup feature in the plugin. You can buy the Essentials for WPJM plugin which includes LinkedIn feature as well as other features. The price will remain the same.

Hi, we have fully integrated a LinkedIn developer app with this plugin that we purchased yesterday. It allows us to login to LinkedIn and creates the job application in WPJM but only stores the user’s name. We have quite an old version of WPJM – Applications addon. Is there a minimum required version of the WPJM – Applications addon?

You would require WPJM Application 2.5.0+. LinkedIn has discontinued to share user emails on third party applications.

Hi, thanks, we are on version WPJM Application 2.5.1 but i see that the reason the plugin is not working as advertised is because the data is no longer being shared by LinkedIn. So this really makes this plugin unusable. Can you process a refund please. Kind Regards

Where is it advertised that the linkedin email is shared? You can login via LinkedIn account and apply to the job without any issue and it works without any issue.

How is the connection between Linked and our Website done? In the past there was a similar plugin from WP Jobmanager, but you needed to request a special API-Access at Linkedin which is no longer available for job boards. So I just want to know how that works now. And what data is displayed in the application fields. Your screenshots only show Name + Email Address. What is the exact data which is retrieved from LinkedIn into the application fields? Thanks

You need to create a new app via LinkedIn Developer site and add it to the settings added from “LinkedIn for WPJM”. LinkedIn provides only Full Name and email through their API, the plugin pulls this data and creates a new application. There is no way to show more data if LinkedIn does not provide them.

Its true but this is not a complete solution either. Low price would get more buyers and further roadmap.

This is an extension for WP Job Manager and WP Job Manager Applications, which extends the application method and allows users to apply on a job with their LinkedIn account. You won’t be able to list job listings with this plugin, you might want to have a look at my Job Board theme Cariera.

1. If a candidate apply with LinkedIn resume, his Resume will be stored (imported) in our website too? Or just the link to the Linkedin candidate Resume?
2. Employers to see Resumes where candidates apply with Linkedin will be forwarded to LinkedIn to see resumes?

The plugin is connected to the WP Job Manager – Applications plugin and uses it’s application method. When a user applies to a job the application will be sent directly to the job just like a normal application via the applications addon.
1) The resume will not be imported (stored), only an application via the users data will be sent and listed like a normal application.
2) In a future update the full url of the user will also be visible in the application so that the employer can view their profile if it’s public.
