how much will it cost to add this feature
1. User will be in 4 types a. Guest Users: for view only the dictionary and need not sign up to view the dictionary transaction all users will be guest by default untill they signed up.
b. Volunteer users : (required a sign up) who can only view dictionary and need to login if they chose to contribute new vocabulary or to translate preload English vocabulary or idioms (made available to in database preload) into desire language but will be further process by lexicon users for to be viewed by public.
c. Lexicon users : will have the facilities to modify or verify the correctness of the words contributed or translate by Volunteer users and if found correct will be published for public viewing else deleted or modified. they have the ability of volunteer users but can publish translation direct without verification.
d. Admin Users. will have the facilities to add or modify users type as per there track record. volunteer to lexicon or vice versa. and also have the facilities to add or modify languages to translate to.
2. all users will choose the type of pre load language they want to translate and proceeded for translation. 3. All users will be treated as Guest users if they do not signed up or login. 4. all users will be treated as volunteer users by default upon signing up. and admin user can change as per the requirement.
This will be used as preload English dictionary where all users can translate to there desire language preload which admin can add upon request by email. if the language is not available request have to be sent to admin to add the language to show in drop down list.

thanks for your comment, you can add picture in the pop-up box from xml code ,anywhere you want
Only .apk and .xml files included and no Kotlin source code included, right?
also kotlin source included with this apps functionality .you have to only change dictionary data . you will get all functionality available

this is the final product and it is a template that you can use any to any language (following the technical documentation) and can use all the functionality of this application .

this app is developed on Kotlin . yes we can develop it in java .but Kotlin is better for Android I think .

yes ,this is a custom dictionary template only . we used some demo data for this .
can you suggest some sources of data, some APIs etc please?
