I need to export the list of all people who have been reserved to a CVS in order to make a mail campaing.
Before it was possible for me to export the list of those who had booked. But now I am not finding the option.

Purchased Bookly Pro, PayPal add on, and the group add-on.
Couple of things:
- Website is a site selling tickets to come to a petting zoo. - Group booking partially working. You can choose the number of persons/tickets on the checkout page. HOWEVER, on the Customer Details screen, it only shows the cost of one ticket/person. The price was set to $15 both under the Staff Member and the Service. This needs changed to charge the $15 ticket price times the number of people.
- Is there the ability to select multiple “ticket types”? As an example – we’d like to have a child’s ticket for $10 and a adult ticket for $15 that can all be booked at the same time.

Having some issues with the plugin.
Once again, I am having issues where it constantly asks for the purchase codes. I keep entering them, and it keeps asking for them.
The second issue is that the courses are not showing availability as they should. Can you please check into this?

what I want is for 3 different customers to be able to book an appointment at the same time, not a group.

With this add-on is it possible to completely hide the first step? Is it possible to select the number of people in the third step?

But in this case, “Number of persons” field will be hidden as well. There is no option to remove it to the third step.

Here’s my question:
we have our service for example from 08:00 – 22 o’clock Divided into 1 hour time slots and a service duration of 4 hours.
If a customer books an appointment at 8:00 am, the next 4 hours should not be completely blocked but only the available ticket number should be adjusted.
Means:
If someone books an appointment at 8:00 with 10 of 40 tickets, then there should be 30 tickets left for this service up to and including 12:00 (4 hour service).
If someone then additionally books 10 tickets at 11:00, the tickets for the next 4 hours have to be reduced again. Means we have then UNTIL 12 o’clock 20 tickets and from 12 – 15:00 o’clock again 30 tickets (since 10 become free – because of the first reservation from 08-12:00 o’clock)
FYI: Our client has a paintball arena where customers can book their appointments online every hour.After booking you can stay up to 4 hours in the arena. However, in these 4 hour slots, only a maximum of 40 people can be there at the same time.
How can we get to a solution here? Thank you & greetings

I’m afraid that the functionality you describe is not available. We have the Bookly Group Booking (Add-on): https://codecanyon.net/item/bookly-group-booking-addon/21344225 that allows you to set a capacity of customers that can book a service at the same time with the same staff member, however, it does not allow you to control the maximum people at a time in the arena. For example, if you have a booking of 10 tickets out of 40 at 8:00 then either there won’t be any available time slots until 12:00 (in case when you have only 1 staff member) or if you have more than one employees then you’ll get a booking of 20 tickets on 9:00 or 10:00 which will overflow your maximum amount of 40 people in the arena at the same time. (I understand that you do not have any employees and the arena stands for the staff member)

Hello, I purchased the Bookly group add-on to set the capacity of my coworking services, however I am running into an issue.
I have multiple versions of the same service but with different time lengths. eg: “Desk Space 1 hour” “Desk Space 4 hours” “Desk Space 1 day” “Desk Space 5 days”
The capacity for Desks is 4. How can I set it up so that when somebody reserves “Desk Space 5 days” it changes the capacity to 1/4 for all Desk services and not just “Desk Space 5 days”. Because as of now, if somebody reserves “Desk Space 5 days”, only “Desk Space 5 days” will show capacity 1/4.

I have recently purchased a group booking addon for my site, But the number of people not showing on the front end of my website, can you please tell me how to show it. On the backend, it’s showing but not on the front end.
I want to set this up for Services with 1-50 person price will be 500 INR. 50-100 price INR 1000 & vice versa. The maximum number of people will be 250.
