Hello. Does your plugin export IP address of orders and customers? Cannot find it in demo. If not, when would you add this feature?

Thank you for your suggestion. WooCommerce only keep trace of the customer IP when placing an order.

You will now find that option under the order export area. You can test it in the demo site!

I have WooCommerce Orders & Customer exporter Version 4.6 and I am unable to process an order export. The button “Select/Deselect all” and the “Export” button do nothing.

I’ve performed some tests in the demo site and the plugin seems working as expected. However, just to be sure, please try performing some tests recreating your scenario: https://codecanyondemo.work/wcoei/wp-admin/admin.php?page=woocommerce-orders-ei (user: demo, pass: demo) and report to me if you are getting the issue. If so, please report me a step by step guide.

If not, it means that something is interfering in your installation. Please try enabling the browser error console (Firefox: CTRL+SHIFT+K, Chrome: F12) and see if any further info is reported. Try also disable all your plugins and reperform a test. One of them might be interfering.

Prebuy question: its possible to automate export options? like automatically export every hour or once a day orders and user data?

We’ve been facing a 404 issue with the plugin in the last few days. This happens when we move our website to a new server. The error show when we try to access the plugin at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=woocommerce-orders-ei Could you help to guide us fix this issue? It’s strange because other plugins are okay after the migration.

unfortunately, without any further clue, it is quite hard to determine the issue. Try to completely disable and delete the plugin and reinstall it.

Hello, we already tried to delete and reinstall plugin a few time but no luck. Could you send us the support email so we discuss with more information? We also think it’s strange because the plugin suddenly didn’t work. While our other website is still working. Sometimes, the plugin can load but most of the time it’s 404. I doubt it could be related to PHP setting or Database setting or something else. Any advice would be really appreciated. Regards, Mark

if you did not alter the plugin code, it is quite hard that the issue is caused by the plugin suddenly without any reason. Note also that 404 error is a not found error, it means that the server is not able to provide the requested data. It is not an error thrown by the plugin.

Most likely it depends on a 3rd party plugin interference or a server issue.
For the first case, try disabling all the other plugins to see if you are still experiencing the issue.

In the second case, try to enable the WordPress debug mode and debug log ( https://wp-staging.com/docs/enable-wordpress-debug-log-mode/ ). To do that just insert the following lines in the wp-config.php you find in the root you of your site:

define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
reperform the test and see if in the debug.log located in the wp-content folder are reported more clues. Try also giving a look to the server error_log to see if any further clue is reported. If none of the above helped, you need to renew you support license. Once done If you send me via private message (click on my name and then use the low-right box) the following data:
  1. your email address
  2. full admin access to the wp-admin area
  3. FTP access
  4. a detailed step by step guide on how to experience the issue

I can try performing some further tests to see IF it is possible to have more clues about the cause.

I downloaded the WooCommerce Orders and Customers Exporter via my Envato Elements subscription and have used it since 2020. It has always been very helpful for me and I really enjoy the plugin.

Recently, I had an issue with the plugin returning duplicate lines on exports. While I know I am not entitled to support from the Envato Elements plugin, I did notice that version 4.6 is listed on codecanyon here and 4.5 is the available download on Envato Elements.

I was hoping you may be able to send me the 4.6 version to see if updating the plugin works or if you have any insights you might be able to offer regarding duplicate appearing in exported orders filtered by product.

Hi, the CodeCanyon and Envato elements version is the same version. authors cannot upload a specific version for those platforms.

Hi, There seems a problem while exporting the user list. All is fine except for the phone numbers. On phone numbers which start with a 0 (zero) the zero gets removed in the export file. For example, if the phone number given by user is 0484234989, in the export file the phone number appears as 484234989.

How can we correct this?

Please, in order to be sure the issue is actually caused by the plugin and not by a 3rd party interference, use the demo site: https://www.codecanyon.eu/wcoei/wp-admin/ (user: demo, pass: demo) recreate your scenario and report me if you are getting the issue. If so, please report to me a step-by-step guide on how to experience it.

If you are not experiencing it, try disabling all the other 3rd party plugins in your installation to see if you are experiencing the issue. if not, re-enable one by one until you find the interfering one. Make also sure that the phone number entered actually are inserted with the 0 and that they are not manipulated in any way by other plugins or custom codes.

yes, you’re right. As the name of the plugin suggests, it only allows to export orders and customers data.

To import data, one of the most relible is the WP All Import plugin. But there are several that allows you to perform that operation (both paid and free).

Hi there. I updated to Wordpress 5.6 yesterday and somehow the plugin has stopped exporting data. It only exports the CSV with the column names.

Hello, I export the order to CSV and see that the billing state is the Code. is that possible to show the display name instead of code?

For example. I get TH-10. That I don’t know what the province is. Also in Country field. is that possible to show “Thailand” instead of “TH”?

yes, please update to the latest 4.4 version I’ve just released! It will now print country and state names!

You can manually download the new version via CodeCanyon or receive as an automatic update by installing and configuring the Envato updater plugin: https://goo.gl/pkJS33 (here the guide that explains how to configure: https://envato.com/market-plugin/ ). To manually update just deactivate and delete the old plugin version and then install the new one. Don’t worry you won’t lose any data :)

Hi I have just purchased the plugin and trying to export my orders however a blank screen appears after export with no download and their is no option to include variations as it says on your page? Please can you help? Thanks

please make sure you are running a fully HTML5 compliant browser (Chrome or FireFox). Try also giving a look to the browser error console to see if any further clue is reported and try eventually disabling all the other 3rd party plugin in order to exclude any interference by them.

I just purchase the plugin in order to export Woocommerce customers. I’ve got an issue, only orders are working.

The customer export makes an error in chrome console : admin-ajax is in error after the beginning of the export.

I also tried in a localhost (and with only Wooocommerce with no other plugins) and I’ve got the same issue.

Do you have a solution ? I need to export all my customer tomorrow morning but didn’t except that your plugin don’t work.

yes, it works. If you are importing into Excel, make sure to follow the guide reported int he how to import into excel paragraph you fin in the plugin description page.

no actually you have not to perform any special action.

Question: are you able to download the file from the demo site: https://www.codecanyon.eu/wcoei/wp-admin/admin.php?page=woocommerce-orders-ei (user: demo, pass: demo) if not, the issue is related to your browser. Make sure you are using a fully HTML5 compliant browser like Chrome or FireFox.

If you are able to download, it could be that in your installation a 3rd party plugin is interfering. Try disabling all of them and then reperform the test. If you are able to download, re-enable the other plugins until you find the interfering one.

However, I have exported all possible selections on your export tab and none of that data is shown. I purchased this plugin in hopes that it would export this data since it is a product field. I understand these are independent plugins, but I was hoping you could provide some assistance in this matter.

I’m sorry but the supported plugins are the only one listed in the Product custom fields exportation and Order and checkout custom fields exportation parargraps.
That plugin is not supported, so its custom fields won’t be exported.

Can I set an automatic export every day ?

Need to add 3 input fields in search form lets say w1,w2,w3, those are for weight when user fill them with integer numbers, will filter products that have = or larger than value that stored in products attribute, can I achieve this with your plugin if there is an API or something that can help with development?
