Hi! I just purchased and installed the plugin. I need to know how I can hide the products that are out of stock in the specific variation (example: color, size, etc). I wish this was a setting that I could leave as the default. I also noticed that the color attribute is not showing the quantity in stock. can you help me? I tried going to the https://villatheme.com/supports/topic/disable-variation-items/ item on your website, but I can’t see the answer. Thanks.
Hi,
The feature of hiding out-of-stock variations is not available with our plugin Pofily. Regarding the color filter not showing quantity, please create a ticket on our Support Forum so we can check further. Hope this helps. Best regards.
Hi, Angela! Thank you for answer.
Unfortunately the unavailability of this feature makes the plugin useless for my project. If a customer searches for a white T-shirt, it doesn’t make sense the filter to show a product that doesn’t have that color in stock.
In this case, I’d like a refund, because I’ll really not use the plugin. How do we do it?
Our plugin currently does not have an option to automatically leave the out-of-stock product, yet. You can try the Filter for In Stock: https://docs.villatheme.com/pofily-woocommerce-product-filters/#configuration_child_menu_6414 It has an option so customers can select more than one filter at once, so customers can select a filter for that color and the in-stock filter.
Best regards.
We will add this option into our next updates. If you need it instantly, please create a ticket on our Support Forum. We will help you with a temporary version.
Best regards.
Hi, Angela! The fact that the plugin doesn’t have the automation to hide out-of-stock items is a problem, but not the biggest one. The biggest problem is that the filter shows in the results products that are not in stock, even if the option “in stock” is checked. I have a t-shirt that has black and white color variations. However, the white color is out of stock. If my client filters the search by white only, the item that only has black in stock is showing up as well. And that doesn’t make any sense. If the filter is not able to understand and show the options of the variations in stock, I don’t see the utility of the filter by attribute. If you tell me that you can insert this functionality (filter items in stock by variation), preferably with the option to leave as default, I will keep the purchase. Otherwise, I will insist with the refund request.
Hi,
Thanks for letting us know. For the option of hiding out-of-stock items, we will definitely add into our future updates. Please kindly wait.

Hello, i would like to clarify whether the plugin can output a filter with manual entry of min/max price? And can it output a slider filter based on text values of properties?
Just i didn’t see any examples in the demo

Hi there, I am trying to add an attribute “Screen Size” so customers can select the TV screen size. When creating a “Filter Block” under “Pofily”, I select the taxonomy I’ve created (Screen Size), and when I save, it keeps reverting back to “Brands”. I think there’s an issue with the code. Also, you can’t click on the “X” in the off-canvas Modal. The modal also doesn’t show up if setting is set to “Top product loop”, nothing happens when clicking on the modal icon button.
Hello,
We see your topic created on our Forum. Please check.
Best regards.
Hello, I saw the video guide, and I would have liked to have the option how to display the filters on desktop and on mobile. For example I prefer on desktop to show as sidebar and on mobile to show as a modal popup with the nice button you have designed. Is this possible?
Also is the filtering done using Ajax with auto-submit once you select a checkbox for example?
Hello,
For the first question, currently our plugin does not contain that feature, But we will consider adding this useful feature in future. About the filter being done using Ajax, we will update this feature in the next update version.
Best regards.
Hello, Thanks for the reply. The plugin looks quite neat, I’m looking forward for these options.
Great work!
Thank you for your nice feedback. We appreciate that!
