Plugin remains non-functional.
Refund request was ignored by the author for a week despite claiming they have a 14 day no questions asked money back guarantee.
With no response from the InnovativeWP with regards to the refund request a dispute had to be raised with Envato.
InnovativeWP now claims the refund request has been approved multiple times yet Envato are not acknowledging this and keep requesting further evidence.
InnovativeWP have been reporting my comments which are just statements of facts for my experience with this plugin.

Your refund request has been approved from our end. you need to wait as it gets processed. There is no need to spam comment same issue over and over again.
As far the workability of the plugin,
You have reported the issue and we agree there were some issues in plugin but we offered for customer support which was denied from your end.
But the issue with the plugin is already resolved. Still we have processed your refund request because of constant comments.
If it is not working on your site then there may be some issues that can be fixed but it does not mean plugin is not working. After your report, today i have checked all the API connections and rate loading issues.
You can clearly see that rates are loading properly and plugin is working perfectly.

As for the workability of the plugin you finally pushed an update about a minute before your comment so no need to imply it is an already fixed problem when the latest update has only just been released and is yet to be tested. To be honest I’m scared test it and don’t wish to waste any more time due to the customer service so far.
You claim that the refund has been approved however Envato support is yet to acknowledge this and keeps asking me to provide further evidence. If processed two days ago I don’t see any reason why I’m still having problems with Envato support on the issue, especially as the refund request was initiated 11 days ago.
Constant comments came about form a complete failure to respond to the Refund request comments. Public comments is definitely not my preferred option but has proven to be the only way I can get any form of response from InnovativeWP….
At the first day of issue reported you denied for any sort of customer support from our end and wished for refund.
We have already processed the refund. Issues report is solved and plugin is updated.
There is no failure in respond from our end. Authors cannot reply to a dispute from backend. That is the only reason we are also using comments as support.
We are sorry but for your issue we have provided customer support and also refund has been processed. And plugin is working too.
If you wish to test and use the plugin then it has been updated and it is working completely fine.
If you wish to have refund then please wait, we have approved it and envato will process it as soon as possible.

You’re policy offers a 14 day no questions asked money back guarantee. When the plugin showed zero functionality for me (as also reported by other purchasers) I decided to take up your money back guarantee as it was not work the time to try to bug fix from scratch, have to register for your website and I cannot by policy grant admin access.
The response you speak of ignored the refund request (where authors CAN respond on the backend) and tried to force me to register for your website.
You then completely ignored three further requests over subsequent days to have the refund finalised. After 6 days of you ignoring the requests I had no further option but to open the Envato dispute.
If the refund had been processed then I wouldn’t still be having ongoing problems with Envato support to try to have the dispute finalised. Rather than furthering the debate here I suggest you take the issue up with Envato support as to why they are so far refusing to process the refund you claim to have approved.
Correcting your information is not spamming comments. Repeat messages only came about after 11 days of failure to communicate and failure to live up to your own guarantee.
Yes, we have already reported this to envato to process your refund three times in last 2 days.

Envato support now claims they need to contact you with regards to the dispute. This seems to fairly strongly contradict the claim you’ve made that you’ve emailed them 3 times approving the refund. Simple approval of the refund in line with your claimed “no questions asked” refund policy, within the ample 6 plus days you had to approve it, would should have been a such simple resolution. Can you please actually finalised the refund approval with Envato support so we can all move on from the mess you’ve created.

Is there any documentation for this plugin? There is literally zero documentation on your website so I don’t even know where to begin using this plugin. Most of the links on your homepage go nowhere, so there’s nothing I can find at all.
WORST SUPPORT EVER! 2 weeks and still haven’t had a reply. Useless plugin that DOES NOT WORK.
