1. Yes you can create appointment directly from the customers page, hover over the options in the table to create an appointment instantly.

Hi, quick technical question regarding configuration, I have looked up on the screenshots provided
- I see that the admin can create appointments for external lead, my question is, how to make sure the lead email template language is taken into consideration when confirmation or upadate is sent via email? I have not seen on appointment creation of external lead or even for the internal registered lead that the language is assigned, so when lead will receive an email, it will be with default language only? Please clarify this part. Thank you

Language templates are taken into consideration for example if you are using German language the German email template you created will be used.

This module seems to have a major bug. For example, when we make an appointment with a single customer, it is displayed to all customers in the Customer Portals calendar. See here: https://perfexcrm.com/demo/clients/calendar
Of course, the entry should only be displayed for the customer with whom the appointment was made. Can you fix this asap?

This is not a bug. I am assuming you are opening login as client in new tab in the same browser, which you logged in as admin are sharing the same browse session.
Please login as client in incognito mode or another browser.

Hello, after setting up Azure for Outlook Connection i click on “integration” and then “Login to Outlook” the login Popup appears for 2 seconds labeld with “try to login” and then it disappears .. checked everything … settings are fine .. any fast idea what could be wrong? Kind regards

All of my clients can see ALL appointments on the calendar – how can this be removed?!

This happens when you are logged in on the CRM as admin and you click “view as client”. This is because of the the session is shared on the same browser.
Try logging in as client in incognito all works good client sees only his own appointments in the calendar.

Hello developer: 3 major problems I am facing: 1. Couldn’t edit the appointment and change setting, date, etc. Once the appointment is saved, no changes can be made. 2. Cannot set up an appointment of the required duration. It only accepts whatever slots exist. Need to be able to pick up start and end times. Start and end times should be available for Admin, or multiple slots to be able to pick up by the client to fix the duration. 3. Doesn’t show future appointments other than today’s appointment (in my case) It keeps showing busy which I click on Total appointments. I purchased it before 6 months but just started to use it now. 3 vertical bars keep highlighting. 4. I haven’t connected with my Google account, so need to test that one too. FYI: I have installed the latest version, uninstalled the previous one, and reinstalled the new one. nothing changed.

I understand that there are users and I am one of them. My concern is 1 and 2 as mentioned before, seem to be not available in this plugin, please let me know if the features are available. item no 3, is due to module issue. It’s a fresh installation and everything else is working fine on my CRM. As I purchase sometime ago, may by you don’t want to look into it.

Items are available as mentioned for all users except you, perhaps something is wrong on your side where the application is installed, can happen due to server issue, JS issue and deprecated functions, you you need help please contact us via Envato support section.
