I am using a plugin Custom Order Status plugin, from Woocommerce. Is there any way I could show their custom status in your plugins order pdf?
I am also using ATUM plugin to attach product parts to the product, is there any way to have them showing up in the pdf as well?

Our plugin generate the BarCode or the QR Code for the specific orders, and that can be added to the PDF with the help of the mentioned plugin.
I would suggest you contact the PDF plugin author to what you are trying to achieve.

Hi, I selected: Show Invoice PDF without login. and when I scan the QR code using my phone, this message appears: “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
How can anyone to scan the QR code on a printed invoice to view the pdf on my site whithout logging in?
There is a new requlations in Saudi Arabia (starting from Dec 4, 2021) that make obligatory to have a QR code on any invoice that shows the invoice or the basic information of an invoice to make sure it is valid.

Thanks for showing interest in our plugin. The plugin file is very small in size and can be installed from the WordPress admin dashboard. The Barcode will be integrated into the packing slip or invoice or emails and that can be printed using any printer.
The plugin used to show the barcode in Invoice and Packing slip using another plugin named WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips. To customize those invoices and packing slips, you need to contact the specific plugin author.

If we are not wrong, you are trying to update the status of the order after scanning the QR Code. If that is the case, you can open the Order Details page after scanning the QR Code and update the status accordingly.
Please let me know, if you are trying to mean something else.

Not sure what exactly you try to mean here. Our plugin generate the Bar Code which can be scanned using any APP or Barcode Reader which shows the order related information.

Hello. One question before buying. Is it possible to search for order in order list based on bar code with a scanner? I am trying to achieve a system where orders are printed automatically assign manually to an operator, after that he will need to go to the main computer and open order with a barcode scanner.

Thanks for showing interest in our plugin. Barcode can’t be search or sort within the Order List. If I am able to understand, you will assign a set of Barcode to an operator and the operator will be able to open the Order Details by scanning the Barcode.
If that is what you want, it can be done even without logging into the WordPress admin. We have a specific setting for that in our Plugin settings panel.
We are having problem with the plugin. It’s throwing a Gateway 504 error message.

But we have already tested the plugin with the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce and it works perfectly fine. It might be something else which is the reason behind your issue. I would suggest you troubleshoot the very common issues such as plugin conflict by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and Order Barcode and check if the issue is still exists.
If not, there might be any other plugin which is the reason. You can find that by activating the other plugins one by one and last one which you activated before the the issue is the reason.

Our plugin has been tested with leading Themes and plugins, but unfortunately we never tested our plugin with the said plugin. Our plugin mostly use the WooCommerce hooks to integrate the Barcode/QR Code, you may need to call the our plugins barcode function into your plugin’s hook to display the Barcode into the form.

Hello. Minutes ago i removed your free version found on the WP repository and purchased your PRO version via codecanyon.net. Unfortunately, the mentioned version is not available anymore in Codecanyon. There might be some confusion between Free and Pro version of plugin. I would request you to delete all the version of plugin and re-install it by downloading from your Envato Account. Please remember to delete the plugin versions from download folder of the computer from where you are downloading the plugin.
If that does not resolve your issue, please share your website credentials in our email id, our team will upload the latest version for you, or else you can give us your email id to share the updated version directly to you.

Hello again. Well, the mistake is either on the hand of codecanyon or on yours. Reason: When downloading the “installable wordpress files only” in the dropdown menu of the download section YOUR client gets this strange version 1.0.0. So i finally decided to download the ENTIRE package with DOCS and more, uploaded the plug-in file – and got the RIGHT ONE. So please check the download option, i pointed out. Thank you.
One more hint: When DISABLING the order number and/or the order id below the barcode, the word “true” comes up. So i kept both (order id AND order number) disabled, chose the color WHITE (#ffffff) for the number(s) below the barcode and made it disappear this way. Thanks again for trying to help me, but understand please, that i cannot give away the server-/admin credentials for this running page. Have a good time. Looking forward to receive an update notice.

Please read my prior message again: I made it work without viewable ERROR. The only HIDDEN ERROR is/was: When completely disabling the numbers shown below the barcode, there appears the word “true”. This is all. I have seen, that you offer an update from last night (have been informed by codecanyon), but when downloading, no changes are made. And: In your codecanyon update history/changelog there is shown “last update by 17th of May”. So again: You plug-in is now working for me – well. You do not have to work on my server, i am using your plug-in and am happy with that. Thank you.

I would like to add the link to the qr code. Right now, it only has the order id, but if scanned from a customer it doesn’t point to anything. Can this be possible to add the link of the order with the id?

We’ve just purchased this plugin for our site, we use sequential order numbers plugin too.
When we are scanning the code(s) it is not using the sequential order number it’s using the default woocommerce order number (Should be for example 33766 instead we are getting 55013)

We have tested it and found that the Sequential Number has been integrated as a Text value with the QRCode or Barcode, and it might be removed mistakenly in its last update. I have reported to the development team and they will update it shortly.
